Im making a Dandy's world oc

I don't have concept art of her yet but I'm thinking of making her a toon based off 90's ish clown dolls or just around then cuz that's the time period it was set in I thinks

So far the only name I've got is Dolly (so original right ehheh)

Im still working out stats n stuffs but I'm thinking her ability could me something like this:

I like, never make fandom ocs because I worry I'd mess up and make them too op or it doesn't fit the Canon well, etc, etc. I'm facing my fear today
