Independence Day

A/N: thank you so much @qlch0d for the adorable request! I hope I was able to make it as wonderful as your idea sounded! I sincerely apologize if I get any D&D terms wrong, I just started playing Tuesday and I have no idea what I’m doing 😭

It was a bright, warm summer day in Hawkins, Indiana and today was Independence Day. Since everything has gone back to normal after the whole upside down crisis, everyone has gotten together to celebrate with a good old fashioned barbecue cook out. Hopper and Murray as well as Alexei were at the grill talking about how Independence Day was celebrated in America, Joyce was sitting on the porch watching the kids play D&D on the front lawn instead of down in the basement.

“I still don’t get it. Why do I roll this dice instead of this one?” Max asked as she held up a twenty sided die and a six sided die. Since Max was still coping with Billy’s death, the Hawkins teens decided to forcefully teach her how to play D&D to get her to interact with them. “Each dice has a different purpose, and a D20 determines how strong your attack is against an enemy. Which is what you’re trying to do now” Mike explained as he took a sip of his soda and stretched his back. “Ok, I guess that makes sense. I’ve just don’t understand why there’s three dice instead of one or two like most games.” Max shrugged and she rolled her dice landing on a 12.

“Don’t worry Max, I’ll still call you a Nerd even if you don’t understand it. You’re always one of us” Erica smirked teasingly and gently nudged her. “I’m not a nerd, you all are the nerds.” Max rolled her eyes and nudged Erica back. “Hey, we aren’t nerds! We are just really good at games is all” Dustin chirped in and so did the others. “Nope, you are all nerds with a capital N” Erica sassed with a raised brow and crossed her arms. “Call me a nerd one more time and see what happens” max playfully threatened and she raised a brow back. “What are you gonna do? Roll a dice to see what are the chances you have of beating me in a fight?” Erica chuckled and max shook her head “Not if I tickle you” she smirked. Erica froze for a moment and she rolled her eyes “lay one hand on me and you’ll end up losing it”. Lucas smirked and he looked at Erica “what’s the matter, Erica? Cat got your tongue or are you just surprised we know your secret.”

Erica was about to answer until Joyce walked over to the table. “What’s all this talk about secrets?” She teased and she propped her hands on the table. “Oh, we were just talking about how the mighty Lady Applejack is secretly very ticklish and will crumble if you find her spots” Lucas teased and will chuckled “I must warn you, mom is very evil when it comes to tickles. She would tickle Jonathan and i out of bed when we wouldn’t get up for school”. Erica looked away with a light blush on her face and rolled her eyes “I’m not ticklish, Lucas, i out grew that a lot time a- HEHEHEHEHEHEHHEHEHEHEY!!” She squealed and giggled loudly as Joyce poked and squeezed at Erica’s sides. “Doesn’t look like it to me, my dear little sister, you’re very ticklish.” Lucas laughed and max smirked “uh oh, Erica, there seems to be one monster we forgot to kill when we were fighting the upside down.” “dohohohohohont yohohohohohohou dahahahahahahahahahare!” Erica shrieked when Joyce moved to her ribs “we forgot about the tickle monster” max teased as she gently tackled Erica down to the grass and she started to pinch and rapidly squeeze at Erica’s tummy “MAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAX!!” Erica shrieked and she tried to grab her hands but Lucas held her hands by her head “oh this is too good, Erica, maybe this will teach you to be nice to people.” Erica squirmed and she tried to kick her feet when El used her powers to restrain Erica’s hands and legs. “El don’t do it, pleheheheheehehehease!” Erica begged and she laughed as max spidered at her sides. El giggled and she smiled as she started squeezing her knees “friends don’t lie, Erica, you lied to Max” she playfully smiled. “NAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA!” Erica laughed and she smiled brightly as she tried to move around. “This is payback for calling us Nerds!” Dustin moved to her under arms and Erica screamed with laughter “NOHOHHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHHOHOOHOOHOHOHOHOT THEHEHEEHEHEHEHEHHEHEHEHEHEERE!!” Erica begged as she tried to move her arms down but failed. “What is going on here, everyone?” Hopper chuckled as he walked next to Joyce and he wrapped an arm around her waist. “The kids were just playing around and apparently Erica is as ticklish as the rest of them” Joyce chuckled and snuggled into hopper’s chest. “Oh yeah, El can’t stand it when her feet gets tickled. I tickle her all the time when she’s being smart with me” hopper smiled and kissed her head as watched the kids play happily like any other kids would do on Independence Day.

This back when Bruno was in the walls and he would whisper food to Dolores

Julieta noticed something different about her sobrina because everyday she would always ask for the Same sandwich

“Onion with cheese and jelly”

So much so that juli actually remembered it-

ANYWAY

“Alright Dolores, what’s up” Dolores found her self in her room looking up at her Tia who had a stern face

“n-nothing..?” The girl questioned

“Oh cmon, Dolores don’t try to lie to me” Her Tia rolled her eyes and that stern face turned into a worried face as she sat on her bed

“what do you mean?”

“You’ve been asking for a sandwich that well, it isn’t your usual it’s usually Bruno’s?”

Dolores was about to respond when they both heard thunder

Same time juli turned around and Dolores covered her ears and poked her head and saw pepa

“Mom?” “hermana?” They both replied in a sync

“WE DONT TALK ABOUT BRUNO!” The ginger yelled

“Okay fine we won’t talk about him”

Gladly the ginger left

“Anyway it was usually bruu-…”

Pepa poked her head with an angry look

“It was usually for him” juli said in a loud voice so her sister could hear and she did so pepa left

“No it’s not? Plus you heard what mama said we don’t talk about Bruno” the 13-year-old smirked

“Oh so it’s going to be like that aye?” The healer smirked back at her niece with her hands on her hips “then so be it”

With that she started to gently tickle her neice’s sides

Dolores with all her might tried stopping her Tia and tried her ABSOLUTE best at trying not to laugh

Julieta found Dolores tries adorable but she knew how to make her laugh

Not to long started to gently squeeze her hips causing Dolores to let out a squeal

“Hehehhah nohoho plehheahahshe stahhap”

“No, unless of course u tell me the truth”

Dolores was trying her best to hold it for as long as she could but she failed her Tia started to tickle a little rapidly on her sides and hips but not to fast

“AHHAHAH PMEHEHEHEAHSIEJEJ IHIHIU CAAHAHAHNT” for her safety she covered her ears but still managed to fight of her Tia’s devious hands

“TIHIHIHAHAHA IHIHIHIHIMMM GOHOHOHNANA DIHIHIHIEEEE”

“Is that so? How cute look at you trying to scram away but it’s no use no one can escape my tickles…especially you”

Julieta started to tickle her belly button which causes her to have cute hiccups and giggles

“EHEHEHHAHAHA NOHOHOHO PLEHEHEHAHAHSE”

“Cmon you know you love it, all you gotta do is say the truth”

“OHOHKAHAHY IHIHILL SAHAHY IHIHT” and with that Julieta let go of her neice and started rubbing her back to get rid of the tickley tingle feeling

“Yohou ahre sho mehan” she managed to let out while in fetal position with a few giggles coming due to the attack

“So are you gonna say it or do I need to make myself clear again?” She smirked wiggle her fingers above Dolores’s stomach

“Ahheh ihill sayhy iht”

Dolores sat up and thought that she couldn’t let out Bruno’s secret he practically begged Dolores to keep it quite so she lied…

“Well um see I basically wanted to uhh feed some townspeople and seeing if they uhm would like new food hehe”

Juli had a stern look

Dolores gulped and sweating like a lawn sprinkler

“Aww how sweet mi amor, that must have been really nice of you” she smiled back

“Yeah..”

“Well I’ll be off now see you later corazon” the healer smiled warmly as she exited the room

Dolores had never felt that relieved

Hi! Sorry for not answering earlier. on to the story!

Earlier that day, morning came and Antonio and Isabella were playing in Isabella’s room because the night before Antonio had some bad dreams and Isabella recommended if he slept in her room and he happily agreed.

“So toñito what do you feel like doing?” Isabella wondered

“Nothing really” Antonio was bored until his face beamed with joy, “TICKLE FIGHT!” He screamed as he started to tickle his elder prima

“Hehehey! Ihihf ahnhnyohohne ihs gohohnhna wihihn, ihihts Mehheheheh!” And with that she pinned arms down and placed her mouth on his ribs and made “nom nom” sound.

And when I tell you he started to squeal but she immediately stopped and asked her self when was the last time she let Antonio win a tickle fight?

So she stopped and let him tickle her to tears and she was trying her absolute best to not stop him

Antonio started to tickle her belly then her sides

“AHHHEHHEHEHHAHHAH AHNHNTOHOHNIHIHOHO STAHAHAHP!” she pleaded

Antonio didn’t answer with anything but a grin and he started to tickle her neck and to anyone who tickles Isabella will know that if you tickle her neck. Expect to get snort and funny giggles.

“Heheheh *snort* pffthehehhe” isa was embarrassed by this little pet peeve of her’s but everyone always disagree’s

Antonio started to move up to her ribs and armpits and that was her hardest obstacle and she had to use vines but she could undo them easily which made it a little worse

She almost let go but managed to hold on

“no” he spoke in a mischievous tone as he started to blow small raspberries all over her stomach

Antonio knew she reached her limit so he let go and Isabella immediately removed the vines and was in the fetal position and Toñito hugged his breathless prima.

”ihi cahnt believe ihm saying this buht you won :)” she admitted

“REALLY!?!?!? YAYAYAYAYYA!” His face was filled with joy and started to jump up and down cheering “YAY I WON”

Isabella smiled but she knew she was gonna get him back, but she is saving that for next time, for now tho she just wanted to relax with her primo Antonio.
