I was thinking about how Sir Crocodile might have realized that he was pregnant and what his reaction might have been. Timeline wise he was probably already a warlord when he got pregnant with Luffy, so maybe he was just far too busy to pay attention to his body. (Besides, Luffy might just also be a tiny baby that hid well.)

Does anyone have any head canons about it??

When I think of Gladio as pregnant, I think of him hardly showing at all, like no one knows he’s pregnant (Even Gladio). It’s a surprise to everyone when he gives birth. His second pregnancy though, he is HUGE. There is no way he can hide it. His t-shirts can’t even cover most of his stomach
