IwaOi symbology:

• Iwaizumi = “rock spring”, like a fountain 

• Oikawa = “follow the river” 

“a sprig feeds into a river” I saw someone using this phrase for them and found it perfect. because they are like a spring and a river – they make each other stronger, and give each other purpose.

When combined, Iwaizumi and Oikawa’s first names (Hajime and Tōru respectively) form “一徹” meaning “obstinate” or “dauntless”. Which once again means that together they make each other stronger.

Bummed I got into EPIC late, cuz seriously what an amazing discography. Soooo much inspiration for animatics and fan art, both for that fandom and tons of others!
