Anyway back to writing Senku getting killed

Writing angst for an upcoming chapter of To the Moon and Back today.

Who wants to bet I make myself cry over Senku?

i keep thinking of this specific scenario where like.. i personally hc all characters w/ hats like. REAAAALLY like it if their s/o steals it n wears it etc.. ryusui. more so. with his little captain hat. like it's been in my head marinating as a smutfic do you see the vision 🙏 (also i apologize if this sounds more yap than a req idk how to explain proper :[ )

Okay but like

Ryusui is definitely the type to lose his mind if he sees his significant other wearing his stuff.

Not even just the captain's hat. Wear anything that belongs to him and he is grinning ear to ear and already thinking about when he gets to take it all off you

(except the hat. the hat stays on and he will fuck you in front of a mirror just to make sure you can see how good you look in it)

Ukyo gets flustered to all hell if you put his hat on. He thinks you look great in it, and will sometimes be the one to put it on you to wear just because.

Ukyo also definitely has a private picture of you in nothing but his hat.

My brain is fried but I see the vision, I vibe with the vision, and I am definitely going to be thinking about the vision as I write some new stuff this week.

I saw someone say that Senku probably counts to keep from falling asleep out of pure anxiety and I can't find the post now but how fucking dare you put that idea in my head while I'm trying to write a fanfiction.

It's bad enough he's horrendously touch starved and desperately lonely.

I just know Ryusui's desiring your storytelling abilities lmao

How would you adjust? Would it be easy or hard for you? And would you be happy about scientific/societal progress as in restoring the old world? Would you say you're 100% on the side of Kingdom of Science or do you also vibe with Tsukasa's or Hyoga's or Xeno's (or anyone else's) philosophies?

Ryusui can desire more if he wants I mean *ahem*

Anyway.

I would not adjust well.

I have a lot of really bad sensory issues, which have the potential to be a huge problem in the stone world.

I'm pretty pro Senku and the Kingdom of Science, but I would definitely share concerns about old world corruption as society gets back on it's feet. Plus, the Earth just got back to her old self, and I'd worry about how quickly she'd get destroyed again.

This version of Ukyo is no pacifist

He won't turn immediately to violence, though

Instead, he'll find ways to drive the person into a corner and force them to "make a decision."

Being in the military, he has access to all kinds of things

And has friends in high places

He knows how to make people disappear

In the stone world, he's just as terrifying

He's quiet and methodical and meticulous

And is a better liar than Gen

Has Tsukasa totally believing he's harmless for the longest time

Joins Senku for the chance of getting his hands on scientific weapons for future use

One of the only people who can see through him is Ryusui

They don't get along

But the Kingdom of Science needs the captain of the Perseus, so Ukyo just keeps his distance

How would you imagine Xeno & Stanley deal with insomniac partner?

And speaking of mild insomnia, I, too, need a nap

Stanley and Xeno don't really fuck around when it comes to taking care of their partner and each other. If their partner struggles with sleep, they're gonna wanna know why before they do anything.

Regardless, once they've rooted out the cause, they're quick to act.

Xeno will make a list of things to do to soothe their mind and body into wanting to sleep. I'm talking warm baths, lavender oils, extraneous activity (aka, physical intimacy with one or both of them). He will look into different medications, if the problem is that severe, but he'd prefer that they not rely on such things since he knows they can be addictive.

Stanley hides the coffee and anything else with caffeine between 5pm and 4am (when he wakes up and needs it). If they are physically able and willing, he will make them go on runs with him. If not, he's a killer masseuse and will try to stretch and loosen their muscles instead.

There was a television in the bedroom at one time, but Xeno has it removed to limit their time looking at screens before bed, and Stanley buys a white noise machine, a fan, and blackout curtains.

Stanley also becomes pretty strict about enforcing a bedtime schedule for everyone, so that their partner doesn't feel left out or neglected. All three go to bed together, no exceptions.

The only way to get out of it is if one of them is gone for work related reasons, but the two left behind are expected to keep to it (even if the only two home are Xeno and Stanley)
