Please ignore the fact that I forgot how fabric works for one arm but not the other... Also, I tried doing my sketch in a single colored pencil rather than graphite in hopes of making my painting less ashy in the end... Then I realized that I do watercolor... Which is very much not opaque enough to cover it... Oh well...
How I get rid of art block is by drawing pretty witches. And if that doesn't work, get ready to see me try plan B, which is to draw fanart until I feel the art juices flowing again...
Looking at my old art from middle school rn, mentally screaming "IF You're NOT GONNA USE THE DAMN GUIDE LINES, DON'T DRAW THEM!!" Bro was trying tho. This happens to all of us at some point, it means you're improving.
It's a ✨generic artist experience™️✨
Ok, so late night big brain idea: what if I start making a camp half blood style bead for each year from now on, like based on that year's major life event? Feel free to copy this idea.
taking some 1 AM online quizzes bc why tf not... I feel so fucking called out...
Furb #2 confirmed I ordered a spine and faceplate today! Should I name them Cream Cheese, Doughnut, or Sesame Seed? (The excellent name ideas were provided by one of my friends)
Why tf is "Loser, Baby" my comfort song now!? I was feeling like shit so I watched the music video and feel weirdly better... Like, at this point, don't hug me and say it'll be okay, call me a loser, say that you're one too, and dance with me!
So I saw my first ever cosplay wig (The Collector from toh) in my closet an hour or two ago and decided to restyle it a bit. I did this like, a year or two ago, and that made me feel really proud of my improvement. Like, it doesn't even look great, but the fact that it is so much better than I did when I made the original cosplay. But no, I did not finish, it's 1 AM, I wanna wind down
Cream Cheese's face is done
Does anyone else have that one childhood toy that you really wanted but never had? The one you think about all the time in the back of your mind? For me, it's the surreal friends baby duckling... Today I realized that I have money and the Internet... We can make this happen... Do I like, buy it??? It's like, expensive tho...
I painted Alastor doing his silly little radio thing! Gotta say, I learned a lot about getting those brighter and darker values in watercolor with this, then I added colored pencil for texture
I am Bagel, a long furby, and I will eat your sins with Cream Cheese
