The ICJ acknowledging that what is happening to the Palestinian people is genocide is a step, but is nowhere NEAR enough without the call for ceasefire. Not to mention that what we are fighting for it not only a permanent ceasefire, but a FREE PALESTINE with removal of Israeli occupation. At the very least, the ICJ blocked Israel’s request to throw out this case and acknowledge the genocide.

Continue to be outspoken and to share resources that help the Palestinian people. Silence is complicity so please use your platforms to raise awareness! My pinned post has some Palestinian journalists, a book that talks about the history of Palestine, and some ways you can donate. But don’t rely on one tumblr post, seek this stuff out yourself too.

I will never forgive CinemaSins for how they contributed to the decline in media literacy in the last ten years and you can tell them I said that if you want. Not everything that is unexplained in media is plothole. Not every mistake is worthy of scorn and if a twist is visible prior to it hitting, that is not a bad thing.
