MLP EQG FORGOTTEN FRIENDSHIP RANT:
I just rewatched this special and JUST put together something.
Wallflower admits to using the stone to erase little memories at firsts, awkward hellos, saying the wrong thing, literally any public speaking, in her own words. SHE was the reason no one remembered her in the first place. She put herself out there when she got the courage, fumbled but didnât follow through. Obviously this is suppose to teach us to be ourselves like every time but this feels loaded and a bit unrealistic if she was literally making ppl forget about her and then blaming them for not noticing her.
Do yâall see the irony of this scene? It genuinely had me giggling. Because in S4 E6 of FiM âPower Poniesâ, Pinkie Pie has the power of super speed due to getting sucked into a book where she becomes the fictional character Filly Second. But in Equestria Girls, Rainbowdash gains the power of super speed during Equestria Girl: Legend of Everfree. During the short âMovie Magicâ, Rainbowdash (with the power of super speed, in case you forgot) gets stuck next to Pinkie Pie, while dressed as Filly Second, who has the power of super speed. Itâs such a cool detail between FiM and Equestria Girls and itâs one of those things you have to be in the know to know, and I know so I think itâs great.
Rarity is always an icon, but ESPECIALLY in her âThe Other Sideâ music video. Oh my god, sheâs stunning.
The best kind of horse girls
I Do Love Half Pony Girls by BenjiRivera1991
Iâve gotta say, I really enjoyed My Little Pony: The Movie. I wasnât entirely sure what to expect going into it. I think the pacing was done well, and I like the depth that we got to see in Tempest. She was an antagonist, but she also wasnât a villain. She was just a hurt kid who wanted to feel normal again.
These two scenes really showed us how small and hopeless Tempest really feels, despite the fact that The Storm King seems like the most harmless villain ever. I mean obviously he isnât entirely harmless; but he doesnât seem very smart. Without Tempests help, he never would have been able to steal the Alicorn magic. Which makes me wonder why Tempests didnât just do it all on her own. Is that explained in the movie?
I also love that they didnât give her the horn back. She doesnât need to be fixed; the world needs to see her as she is, and she is learning to come to terms with that. I think the movie portrayed this message well. Itâs a good metaphor for any kind of disability in our modern society.
This movie also a had a lot of frames with all of the mane 6 together that were very pretty.
I also want to say that I really enjoy that the movie didnât have the same animation and art style as the show. At first it felt strange, but it quickly became refreshing.
As a little treat, here are some other frames I really super duper like ^^
For ducking real though can yâall be normal about the cartoon horses? Pretty please? I donât want horse đœ on my feed thank you.
can a girl enjoy her special interests without men being weird all the fucking time
