OK PPL, HEAR ME OUT
Murder husbands?
Great
Ineffable husbands?
Great too
but what about-
MATELOTS HUSBANDS??
LIKE, GREAT- RIGHT? IT ACTUALLY HAS HISTORICAL SH*T BEHIND-
I AM RIGHT ABOUT THIS ONE, DONT DISCUSS ME-
my sister and I were talking about how different smurfs would look if they had hair and she asked me to draw vanity smurf with pink hair for her, so I did and here's the result 😄🌸💗

I don't want my cellphone to have AI I want it to have 3 days of battery time. I don't want my computer to have AI preinstalled I want it to have seven usb ports and high ram at affordable price. I don't want my games to have AI built levels I want them to be so optimized I could run them on a nokia.
Yess!! I'm coeliac and I'm on a cooking rota with my friends- they're all really good at checking ingredients and they scrub all their utensils so contamination is rare, and my contamination avoidance is the same as theirs anyway, and yet when I asked for advice online about talking to them about not using my wooden utensils on gluten stuff etc, I was bombarded by people telling me to cook for myself- I wasn't asking for them to dictate how I choose to manage my condition, I wanted a way to tell my friends why I don't want them using my stuff without offending them
I don't get hugely sick from contamination, and in my case specifically, I don't think avoiding gluten to extremes is worth the stress, not to mention cooking for myself every night etc
It's my life- I can do what I want with it. And I choose not to stress about contamination. Other people can, and I understand that, but I also believe that it's up to each individual how they manage their condition- if they don't care, that's up to them.
Just don't tell a restaurant you're coeliac and then eat gluten from your friend's plate- if I'm gonna eat something from my sister's plate, I tell the restaurant it's a mild intolerance and not to worry about contamination
When I tell them I'm coeliac, I will never take these risks- it's not fair on those who cannot deal with contamination, nor the chefs who work hard to keep my food safe when I'm just gonna render it pointless anyway- but I don't think it's wrong to take these risks if you're coeliac, some people act like it's the worst thing you can do ever
I'll deal with this shit how I want, thanks. I've found my balance. Sorry it's not the same as yours.
This may be a hot take but anyways.
Whilst we need the general public & to some extent, newly diagnosed people with coeliac disease to understand the seriousness of the condition. I wish people within our community would stop fear mongering so much.
We get it. We need to not be exposed to gluten. But also we still need quality of life. There comes a point where the harm stress does to our body, outweighs small occasional risks of exposure.
Having a ‘may contain’ food item once in while, is not that serious. It is not going to do a massive amount of damage to our bodies in the long term, even if it does have traces. Getting exposed from eating out one time, is not going to cause cancer.
Some people get extremely ill & I’m not dismissing that. Most of us want to avoid it regardless of the severity because it sucks. But what I am saying that if people want to take small risks once in a while, they shouldn’t be made to feel bad or like that is going to kill them. People should be allowed to ask ‘hey, anyone tried this may contain? Did you get sick from it?’.
I don’t know why but it’s always the ‘may contains’ that people are the most wildly judgemental about. Everywhere you eat out is a ‘may contain’. Your home is one huge ‘may contain’ if you live with people who eat gluten.
Do your best. Allow your body to heal after diagnosis &/or exposure. Figure out what risks feel like a reasonable balance for you between not getting sick/not having ongoing exposures & quality of life. Maybe this works better in places where it’s easier to avoid exposures because of better/clearer labelling laws but that’s all I can speak to & where the chaotic judgement is coming from too.
it’s disability pride month so i want to talk about one of my least favorite stigmas around celiac disease
in lots of media, being gluten free is played as a joke or something someone is to be annoying/pretentious. the amount of times i’ve heard jokes like that is honestly disheartening.
it also doesn’t help with the general population’s belief that celiac disease/gluten sensitivities are not serious. i’ve been diagnosed with celiac disease for 3 years now, i’ve been gluten free for about 4, and it has substantially improved my quality of life. i can’t afford risking cross-contamination because it leaves me sick for days. nearly every time i have a reaction to gluten, it’s hard for me to even drink water the next day because my body is an absolute mess. i’m miserable and fatigued for days until my body heals. not to mention the long term effects that have left me unable to stand/walk around for extended periods of time because my joints are pretty weak.
being gluten free NEEDS to be taken seriously. it’s not a choice i’ve made because i’m hoping on the latest fad, its not a preference, it’s an autoimmune disorder.
i literally dont care what your excuse for using AI is. if you didnt put your own effort into making it im not putting my own effort into interacting with it.
It disturbs me how many people don’t know the anatomy of a pen/pencil/brush/stylus/tool of choice when held by an artist. I would have thought this was common knowledge!
There is a tube inside your tool of choice that is filled with art. When you first pick it up for the day, there’s a very small blockage (the red part in the diagram that I have helpfully provided for you) of bad or awkward art that has sunk down and settled near the tip. The only way to get rid of it is to draw it out onto a page/canvas.
Once you do that, you can get to the good art! It’s totally normal. It happens to everyone. That’s why people do warmups before they draw - they know that awkward art is lurking right near the tip, so they’re getting rid of it.
New artists especially seem to not know that it’s there, and sometimes they might think their bad art blockage is never ending, but if you keep drawing, you’ll get to the good art. Sometimes that awkward art blockage can build up a little bit if you go a long time without drawing, too. Just keep going, though. I promise you that you can break through it, if you just keep going.
Unhinged rant
So did Zenitsu. Nezuko is all he can talk and think about. His first scene is him literally begging a girl to marry him.
Tengen constantly talks about his wives and his love for them. A love so great that it is the main driving force behind ALL of his major life decisions. He left his toxic family because of them, he joined the Corps because of them, he decided to retire and left the Corps because of them. He has stated how they're his main reason for living, and how he considers their wellbeing and importance above his.
Tamayo is Yushiro's entire world, so much so that he's content being absolutely devoted to this woman and her goals, even though he knows that she's still in love with her husband. He's just content with being by her side and supporting her in everything, even if it goes against his best interests.
Obanai literally teleported 3 feet because he got a letter from Mitsuri and proceeds to read it with the ferocity of a lovesick teen who just got a text back. He's shown to be utterly in love with her and cares about her wellbeing and comfort.
The main cause of Giyuu's depression is because Sabito, his first love, died! And one of the things that brings him out of it is the thought of making and giving Sanemi, his new crush, his favorite food.
Yorichii, the strongest character in KnY, just wanted to have a family with the love of his life, Uta. His very first proper introduction has him holding a baby, FOR SUCKS SAKE!! We don't even see his expression because the yearning was that deep! When a character in KnY is framed from the back, you know the emotion is strong.
Genya is always flustered and horny when he's in the same airspace as or even thinks about a girl.
Hakuji not only took care of Koyuki but loved her so much that it permeates through his BDA as Akaza even though his memory was wiped. His soul remembers and honors her even if his mind doesn't.
The main reason Gyutaro hated Uzui was because he's a chad and was getting hoes.
Shinjuro Rengoku had a decade-long crashout because Rika died.
But yea no, let's shit on this ONE female character for the crime of wanting love and a family. Just say you hate women and go.
