she really put her entire pussy into these vault tracks.
1989 (TAYLOR’S VERSION) OUT NOW✨
god loves you but not enough to save you
Speaking of Jemily: would you like if i post the fic i'm writting "you're nothing more than his wife?"
the tropes: Co-workers to lovers, one bed trope, she falls first- she falls harder, in denial, first wlw relationship ,internalized homophobia , comp-het, falling out, she marries a man.
The fic is about when Emily joins the team Jj falls in love with a woman for the first time. (season 1)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Her lips part as she puts the hints together. You don’t have to be a profiler to put it together. She opened her mouth to say something but shut it again.
“You. you did it on purpose” she whispered, our eyes meeting “you touched my hand, the tee-shirt. You did it on purpose”
“It took you long enough to realize” my mouth creeped into a smile.
I was listening to loml and I started thinking about jemily (the ship name of two female fbi agents, Emily and jj, on criminal minds). Jj left Emily when jj thought she was in love with her new husband, Jj ends up pregnant and now feels like she has to stay in the relationship. and in my mind it's the song Emily would associate with Jj.
It reminds me of Kaylor. Taylor is singing to Karli. she's the lost of Taylor's life.
In my mind, both Kaylor and Jemily found their way back together despite the husbands and kids.
please accept this hidden gem for the "Matty is queer" discussion
(history will say the Gemini line is a coincidence but history also called Patroclus Achilles's best friend so I'd take it with a grain of salt if I were you)
the post that inspired my "The Seven Husbands Of Taylor swift- A Comparative Essay" cause I'm obsessed and queer and a kaylor <3
“When Celia said she couldn’t have all of me, it was because I was selfish and because I was scared of losing everything I had. Not because I had two sides of me that one person could never fulfill. I broke Celia’s heart because I spent half my time loving her and the other half hiding how much I loved her." (Evelyn Hugo)
I will never forgive Ticketmaster for waitlisting me for the toronto shows even tho there's 6 dates 😭😭😭😭😭
they'd say I played the field before I found someone to commit to...
only thing I could think of during this one moment
I think as a gaylor, the song imgonnatogetyouback is INSANELY queer.
"im going to pull you into the closet" she's going to closet her lover. Taylor cant be out so if they want to be lovers, they have to stay in the closet.
"Say you got somebody, I'll say I got someone too" Taylor is talking about bearding, specifically kaylor bearding. karli has her fruity little husband and taylor has her fruity little football player.
"You knew the price going in" Karli knew they'd have to stay a secret to the general public. they couldn't be out.
"Once you fix your face, I'm going in" she's talking to Karli, theres no quotations around it. she is saying to someone, someone isn't saying it to her.
"Push the reset button, we're becoming something new" Her and Karli are starting a relationship again. Karli was at the LA N2 eras tour and was seen backstage going to Taylor, that's where it started again. Karli is in Paris right now. so is Taylor. it's still new. it's still fresh. they're restarting what could've been.
"we broke all the pieces but we still want to play the game" They can't stay away from each other. The relationship fell apart but they're still going to the other.
hiiii
I had to write an assignment for my english class about a song that explores any aspect of a romantic relationship that you've experienced. It was only a paragraph but i'm still really proud of it and decided to post it. The song I chose was the prophecy by taylor swift. a song very dear to me.
Anyways. Here it is;
I sat with myself about what song best described my experience. I started going down a list of songs from all the different artists I listen to. From The 1975 to Lorde to Lana Del Rey but ultimately settled on the queen of love songs herself. Taylor Swift. As a fan of her it was a hard choice but as a lover of her newest album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology, The prophecy was the right choice. Being a melodramatic Twenty-One-year-old hopeless romantic I often feel as though I’m going to be alone forever, a truly fearful fate. So, when I listened to the song for the first time I related to Swift’s feelings of hopelessness portrayed through her lyricism. The feeling of hopelessness one only feels when the presumed love of their life slips through their fingers. I am not the only one, The prophecy having 183,309,275 plays on Spotify alone the fans also resonated with the sad ballad. Even outside of her regular listeners people are seeing how much weight her words have. Swift is getting young girls through their girlhood since her debut in 2006 through her lyrics and haven’t stopped since. Her lyrics are truly more than just lyrics; It’s poetry and All’s fair in love and poetry.
I ended up removing a quote I used from an article I used around the seventh sentence just because it's from a local college to me.
As much as gaylors are "the problem in this fandom", you don't see us harassing a celebrity who we think a song is about👀
I.E. everyone shitting on Harry rn, everyone harassing Jake and John for years, people hating Joe when the breakup articles dropped
Just sayin
can't wait for another ME!
don’t forget this is a pop album so one of these sad track titles is gonna be an absolute ass shaking banger
