Digital art piece of Gul Dukat, the art piece is poor quality, the sketch isn't finalized and is layered overtop itself. It's referencing originally an image of Gul Dukat on his knees.

However, it is hard to see in the noise and blotches of black. It is a dark price, with the only spotlight on his hands and head. Even then there is a sense of movement which stops us from seeing the detail of his features. His hands are mangled and horrific, his face is shadowed. There is lace patterns somewhere, and splatters over his spotlight.

There are dark spots on either side, what it means is for interpretation but they are not humanoid in form.
