I want to read an AU fic where they meet through tinder or bumble whatever and Richie thinks it'd be a great idea to go to a carnival and picks a scary ride - and it is TERRFYING - and through all of it, Richie implies there'll be another date and even though Eddie is like "Next time?!" because of course there'll be a next time and Richie asks "yeah, why wouldn't there be?" Like it's OBVIOUS

Imagine if the gang were around when tiktok hit up and Bev likes making them but a lot of the time, her fans notice Reddie in the background doing cute things and commenting about it even though they aren't together yet and Bev occasionally makes tiktoks about them

Can you imagine being a fan of Richie "Trashmouth" Tozier the comedian, who made jokes about women and his dick but then went on hiatus and came back with the paparazzi showing images of him being affectionate towards another man and then they get married and Richie looks incredibly happy and all of the sudden you're a bigger fan?!

Eddie realized he was a Brat at age thirteen even without the vocabulary or even a full and comprehensive understanding of his own sexuality, and then he went over half his life disconnected from that entire intimate side of himself, and I'm just glad he definitely did not die so that he can actually put all the pieces together and live happily ever after, getting a rise out of Richie (and being extra sweet after so Richie knows he doesn't MEAN it he just likes that Look)
