Cyntia is actually nice and care about everyone too much, but as soon as she got her villain suit on, she’s gone WILD. Especially with monologues. 

Now she’s somewhere between "in the first second when Ortega asks me to stop, I will turn myself in" and "I'll become the most powerful bastard in the wHOLE GODDAMN city, and NO ONE will stop me"
