Yknow whenever a fantasy character gets plopped in modern day and sees a car or buss or something they usually assume its a monster and try to slay it. but like carriages existed, and they can see that it has wheels very different to the wheels they are used to but still serving the same purpose and also they can see the people through the window who obviously aren’t panicking at all. I think they would get the idea of what the thing is used for and be amazed by it rather than immediately trying to kill it

during evolution, birds lost their fifth finger, in this case instead of losing the finger it split off from the rest of the hand and eventually became the wings

the bone proportions are slightly different from that of a humans but still very humanoid-shaped

they do have keel bones but they are located higher up and are proportionally smaller than other birds
