My new rules for this year trying to lose w3!ght as fast as possible!!
• only 3at when I have to
• only 3at in front of people
• try for 10,000 steps a day
• drink as much water as possible
• work out at the very least twice a day
• shower every single day with cool water (burns a few extra c@ls and is good for skin and dyed hair!)
• check Tumblr often
• make inspo boards (might post them!)
• exercise as much as I can everyday
• keep myself busy!
• never take my belly chain off so I can feel if I get bigger or smaller :3
• take care of myself better in any way except f00d! (Like teeth, skin, hair, ect :3)
