So I'm Home From School Today..

In band today Mr Beam[yes im using code names] let everyone vent about yesterdays costume fiasco, and reasoning with us about how at the end of the day shes the boss and we have to do what she says and how we could have our parents or gardians join a board of education meeting to voice their feelings.

Near the end i pitched in something like "It feels like it shouldn't have been made an issue at all, and teens- it's nature for them to rebel-" "uh yeah ya think" " But half the school- anyone that could afford getting dresscoded and didn't have strict parents were inevitably gonna dress up and it seems like it ended up being more of a destraction than if everyone just dressed up in the first place." And he got real quiet for a second and than pointed at me and said "Now the way she just said that- that patient calm tone- that is the tone you should use if you go to one of the members of the board of education" I was screaming inside

"Yeahh, twenty-twenty-two wasn't my best year.."

"What do you mean?"

"Weeell-"

Yknow, I always liked to joke about how I was always that one kid with a perfect home life and moderatly strict parents [which is actually good] that are also cool parents and they love eachother- and this is ironic because they're getting divorced now :]

Fuckin stupid web series got me cryin in the club

Y'know, ⟟ used to tell myself "At this point I'm relying on the 'personality guys'" but like.. ⟟ ain't got an attractive personality either

Me, switching tabs discreatly: looking at the economic inpact of turtles-

is anyone else constantly afraid they’ll be “caught” doing stuff they’re obviously allowed or even supposed to do

So I'm in band right.

Here's what I've learned:

Trumpets- aren't playing half the time

Saxaphones- trying their best

Claranets- actually sound great

Drums- chill and good at smackin sticks

Flutes- will shove a picolo up your ass if you dare use the term 'woodwind' offenceivly

Those three girls in the back that sometimes do stuff- cowbell and fancy mirakas i aint even shittin you

Pianists- one of them sorta knows what they doing the other doesn't give a shit and just presses buttons and everyone ignores them unless they wanna hit some keys while walking by

Yknow how people usually get really sad when their parents divorce, but like, on the outside too? Like they talk less don't eat as much start getting a lil bit depressed etc.etc.
