i did psych-k like a few days ago and didn’t have a lucid dream and i was disappointed. then i learned about reverse psychology and affirmed/complained about lucid dreaming every night. then last night i did muscle testing and asked for fun ‘am i going to lucid dream tonight?’ the answer was yes. guess what? i just woke up from a lucid dream!! i’m just so happy, i actually cried. i feel like im finally making progress again. lucid dream means a lot to me because a year ago i mini-shifted with it and haven’t been able to lucid dream since. thank you so much 💕

Hi! I know I stopped posting on Tumblr, but I wanted to post this! I was having a conversation with @gorgeouslypink, and we were reminiscing about 2022 void/loa Tumblr when there were so many success stories because there were a lot challenges and methods, and there was overall just a very motivating and good atmosphere on loa Tumblr! Of course you don’t need a method or challenge, but they definitely are helpful and fun to follow! So for anyone who has been struggling with entering the void, I have a fun and easy challenge for you!
Practice deep breathing. The website linked has 10 different breathing exercises that are helpful for minimizing stress. Pick one that you like and do it until you feel calm and not so affected by your circumstances.
Listen to this audio either once or a few times. It's super helpful to clear your mind and it puts you in an ideal state for meditation. (Credit to @gorgeouslypink for finding the audio) It does have music though, so if that's distracting to you, here is a non-music alternative.
Do this meditation. If you look through the comments, you can see that this meditation has gotten a lot of people into the void state or into very deep/relaxed states!
Once the meditation ends, if you don't find yourself in the void, you should anyways be in a very relaxed state of mind. Remain in the position you are in with your eyes closed, as it is likely that you will fall into SATS, and just affirm for the void from there! Try not to force anything, just let yourself relax and fall into the void state.
Don't ever forget, you are the creator of your world! Now, have fun entering the void and getting your dream life! ♡
I'm losing my belief and doubting shifting. I don't know what to do. All the years I spent can't be for nothing. Am I delusional for believing in shifting?
Sometimes I feel like I only found about shifting just to keep living, to have hope for the future. I used to doubt it in 2019 but when it became popular I had more reason to believe.
I know that I'm meant for something bigger than this life.
How can manifestation be real but not shifting? They are like the same thing. I know Loa is real, so shifting has to be real too.

All these reasons are valid. Don't let anyone tell u that ur reasons are not valid.
So I might delete this because it isn't well thought out but I might have a theory why some people aren't waking up in their intended reality despite their intention being strong enough.
I think the reason why is not inherently because the intention to wake up in X reality is not strong enough, but because you might associate going to sleep and sleep itself with waking up here, or to be more precise, waking up where you fell asleep.
So I think It would be useful if you started associating sleep itself with shifting. You do not wake up in your DR, you shift while sleeping because sleep ITSELF makes you shift. So from now on, everytime you fall asleep, you just shift, no matter if its at night, or a nap. Just sleeping is making you shift.
So its like... You shift as soon as you fall asleep. Its obvious you'll wake up there because you already shifted the second you fell asleep.
