Last post of the year!! This has been an amazing year and hopefully the next will be even better! Im quite proud that I received the Honorable mention painting award at TOAF @torontooutdoorart, juried by @mr.bogdanluca massive thanks! Also thanks to @gwartzmans for sponsoring the two painting awards for the show, give them all a check out. I also received the first place prize at annual VAM show at @thefreedomfactorytoronto , these two awards being my first will be remembered and quite proud to have received them.

Series 1 of hand printed linocut stickers. This pack comes with 3 designs in black and white and one random primary colour. The stickers have a over-laminate which protects the print from scratches and gives UV protection / water resistance to keep the prints safe. Hey everyone! If you're wondering who that is well that's me, the quiet guy behind the art work on this account. Thought I would take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself, I'm sure everyone is very excited 😏. Born in Portugal Lisbon and immigrated to Canada back in the 90s . . . Commission of Brampton Go station, the client purchased my Brampton Go Study # 1 and wanted it to be turned into a larger painting with a few additions and changes. It’s a custom made wood panel size 20” x 26” and slightly larger after framing. 🥳☺️

Commissions can be anything revolving around architecture and recently if you subscribe to my free email newsletter I did a call for commissions of homes (houses, apartments etc). Those commissions have been finished and I will post them soon, quite fun and a nice change of scenery that’s not related to public transit.

Clients provide the photos unless it's a Toronto local station or one that I've done in the past. Also if you want a painting study turned into a larger more in depth painting then that is possible too.

This painting marks one of my early experiments with adding primary colors in a captivatingly abstract way to my art. The vibrant hues blur the line between realism and abstraction, all while reflecting the essence of the station's structure.
