Whoever is creating Mati’s character sheet sure is taking their sweet time. (It’s me…I’m taking my sweet time).
Anywho, here is a pic of Mati’s beans:
Here is the colored lineart of Nova, Bernard, Carter, Century, Vani, and Sabon.

While working on the designs of Neue & AU Variants, along with their overall character, you all can ask questions/suggestions to the characters or me.
Most of these will probably be answered through text, but I might draw a few of the characters answering the questions.
You can either leave questions on this blog or through my profile.
Here are the clothing rough drafts for Century, Vani & Sabon.
Century
Vani
Sabon
I didn’t have a lot of ideas for Century, just that I wanted him to look similar to Neue & Avenir.
However, Vani & Sabon were a bit easier since I already had ideas for their clothing. I was trying to give Vani & Sabon almost Chara & Flowey vibes with their outfits.
Just sketching out a rough draft with Mabel, I’ve been trying a new rough draft technique.
Basically I stick figure the general pose that I want, then I highlight the “body” & then use that to create the outline. I definitely like this technique vs the one I use to do (which I’ll still use for more detailed work).
Oh look, Mati’s there too!
Here are my takes on a froggit & a whimsun.
I’ve never drawn a frog-based character before, so sorry if the portions look weird. While for the froggit I didn’t based them off a specific frog, I based the whimsun off the Hummingbird Hawk Moth.
Hopscotch
Hopscotch, or Hoppy, works as the supply runner & delivery for the Underground. They deliver messages, food, or even resources for the DT injections.
Hoppy is down-to-earth & has a somewhat “southern” charm. While they’re unable to verbally understand what others are saying (& vice versa), they do understand the general vibe that the individual is saying. Though other froggits, amphibian-based & some insect-based monsters can understand each other relatively well.
Before anyone asks, Hopscotch is not “pregnant” with a tadpole, it’s much worse.
Wyllow
Wyllow “works” as extra eyes & hears for supply runners, mainly works with Hopscotch.
Wyllow is afraid of almost everything, probably their own shadow. If she gets spooked during a run, she’ll hide in Hoppy’s backpack or just run away if the bag is full. Though she does try to comfort others if they’re scared as well, but ends up just becoming a stuttering mess.
Some monsters will sometimes use her as a plushie due to how soft her fluff is.
Here are the rough draft headshots for Roman: Underfell Neue:
Roman is on of my first tries at making a trans character: specifically male to female. (She’s fine with She/He pronouns). If anyone has any suggestions on how I can improve at portraying a trans character, please leave a comment.
For reference regarding the hair, horns & ears; she’s based of the Pygora Goat (Picture not mine, found on Google):
Here’s a line of the headshot rough drafts so far:
On a side note, if y’all want to hear “headcanons” for Crimson(Horrortale Neue), Vani(Dusttale Neue), Sabon(Something New Neue), or Gisha(X-Tale); please leave a comment.
I’m gonna be doing both Swapfell and Fellswap since I really like both of them.
Swapfell Neue’s name is “Miriam”.
Here is the rough draft:
She is based off a Pygmy Goat, which means she’s really short. She’s actually the shortest of the AU Neues.
*Note: The names might change in the future*
Sorry that it’s taking me so long this depiction of Mati impersonating other characters. Drawing human proportions are HARD, especially hands!
Anyway, here is my outline design of Stanley Pines:
I’m a bit wishy washy with the body since I wanted his belly to be more prominent, and I was having a hard time drawing his fez. I do have an outline without the fez:
I’m getting ready to do the outline of Mati’s Stanley and the coloring.
Here is the rough draft of one of the alternate personalities for my OC. She is a dog demon, specifically a Rottweiler.
This is personality is definitely the fighter of the personalities, has a lot more bite than bark. Much like the stereotypes of a Rottweiler, she’s very aggressive and hostile towards most. However, she does have a soft side towards very few friends.
She is somewhat sensitive, in a sense that it’s easy to make her angry. While she doesn’t regret her actions, she does think if she went too far in physical fights. Many view her as a perfect guard dog and could be a good bounty hunter if not for her temper.
Fun Little Idea For Those Who Have Artblock Or Want Something To Draw
Ok so this is gonna sound a bit strange, but hear me out.
What if the concept of cowboys originated from a different country?
Often the term/idea of cowboys is often associated with the U.S.
However, the origins of the cowboy tradition is from the Spanish, starting in 1519 when the Spanish arrived in the Americas. It started in Mexico, where the native cowboys were called “Vaqueros”.
Basically this challenge is to come up with a concept/appearance of “cowboys” if they originated or are associated with a different country.
