first of all, happy new year everyone!

I wanted to say this much earlier, though I don't even know if there's much point in me announcing anything. from having almost 200 followers and being active on a daily basis, I went to my current state where no one even reads what I post, but I need to let it out

many things happened in 2021. I know it wasn't an easy years for anyone, so I'm not saying this as an excuse. I have no excuse for isolating myself completely from Tumblr on some days, and not writing anything even on my "good" ones either

I only wanted to say that I'm not giving this account up. I'm slowly but surely catching up on Eldarya, and MCL seems to come back to life with the announcement of this Alternate Life (and who knows, I'm very much looking towards other fandoms as well.....), so I'll still be here

my first priority is finally answering those thousand-years-old requests I got while being absent, and then I'll try the angst writing challenge again (I had many exams + family stuff + I managed to get sick in December, so that's why I couldn't continue after the first day). any kind of kind or reassuring comment will be appreciated, but of course no one is forced :)

Bodyguard (Kim x Leo)

yes, this is absolutely not the second day of December.... I have commitment issues, I'm sorry 😭 this definitely isn't my best work, but I wanted to let it out anyways, as I didn't have a really good idea in particular for this prompt

Dykecember day 2: bodyguard

When Crowstorm blew up overnight, all members were happy with their newfound success. 

Initially. 

However, they soon realized that fame is not without consequences: they had to change their daily routines, pay special attention to what they do in public, and deal with fans who were not familiar with the meaning of the word ‘privacy’. 

Castiel first considered it hilarious, then annoying. Then, he received (at his home!) a letter with a little vial for him to send back ‘a lock of his hair and a drop of his tear’ – the ingredients for some kind of love spell. This was the point when they decided that people will overstep their boundaries more and more often, so they need to protect themselves. 

Leo was the one to experience this kind of ‘love’ physically. She wanted to run some errands, when a group of teenagers suddenly appeared around her. They asked for selfies with her, and one boy wanted to put his arm on her waist, but ‘accidentally’ lowered it. 

Leo hired a bodyguard that afternoon.

"Sooo, this is it." 

Leo gestured around in her apartment, not really knowing what to add. The young woman standing in front of her (who insisted on simply being called ‘Kim’) started walking around, inspecting the doors, the windows, even the view of the street and neighbouring houses. 

“You’re taking this very seriously, I can see. Did you have to protect someone really important in the past?” 

“Oh, sure.” Kim stopped her examination to turn around, facing Leo. “I’ve worked for ministers, CEOs, and people whose title I can’t even tell you. Don’t worry, I will do my best to protect you. No one will die again under my watch.” 

“...again??” 

Leo was about to ask more, but she caught Kim’s smile while she turned back again. The rocker couldn’t help but laugh – despite Kim’s initial silence, she was starting to like her newfound bodyguard. 

“Well, that’s the least I expect. I can’t pay you if I’m dead. And hey, maybe you will even find me funny. Might motivate you to keep me alive.” 

“Oh, you need to work harder than that to make me laugh.”

It turned out, she didn’t need to work harder. Whenever it was just the two of them, in a private setting (which happened more and more often as time went on), they behaved like ages old friends. Leo was an endless source of adventurous and fascinating stories, while Kim kept Leo grounded and motivated in more ways than one. 

One day, Kim decided to check out the Instagram page of Leo. This is not something that she hasn’t done before, but she still liked to scroll there from time to time. Leo’s page (as all other members’ as well, of course) was filled with posts about their upcoming album. They worked on it for a really long time, and it was supposed to be released in two months. 

Among the sneak peaks of the album’s cover and (muted) recordings from their studio sessions, a different post caught Kim’s eye: Leo and an unknown woman kissing. 

Kim sat up straight. How did she not notice this before? 

It was posted not long after they first announced the album. It was probably part of the campaign for it, but Kim couldn’t help but feel a little sting in her chest. 

Was she jealous?

When she met Leo, a couple days later, Kim had already made up her mind. What she said on her first day was clearly a joke, but developing feelings for the one she’s supposed to protect could cause serious problems for them. 

When Leo opened her door, Kim didn’t hesitate. 

“This is the last time you see me as your bodyguard. I want to end my contract.” 

Leo didn’t answer at first. She was shocked. 

“Is everything alright?” 

“I-” Kim sighed, then shook her head. “I want to protect you, but I’ve realised that I have feelings for you that aren’t right. I will always be here for you if you need me, but I don’t think I should be your bodyguard anymore.” 

With that, she turned around, not giving Leo the chance to reply.

2017 - 2018 - 2018 - 2019 - 2020

For 2020 I didn’t the board with a drawing from every month to show my growing, but I wanted to do something else related with my grow and I always wanted to do something like this, so I am doing it kkkkk 

Neshaa is the character that since when I started was my personal challenge and, at the same time, my main source of proud. It’s through her that anyone can see my grow, see my struggle, my mistakes and my screamly changes. She’s like that mark that I hit again and again at least once in a year, in a way that May, who came far after, couldn’t. 

2020 was the year when I stopped drawing, I felt stuck, I still feel stuck… but I stopped and I’ve decided that 2021 I would go back, I would start again. But to start again, I needed to look back a little bit and find value once again in the artist that I always wanted to be. 

I hope 2021 I mark another step through her too. And this post is a reminder to myself that even if I started from low, from the bottom, I need to just keep climbing, I will not see the changes at first, but the longer I keep going, soon they will come into view and I will know. Just like I know when I put all of those together and side to side.

5. first kiss

(I'll write it as their first time in New Era, as there was a canon one in Origins)

Nevra likes to give small kisses on Guardian's cheeks or her neck, but he knows these don't really "count", they are affectionate but not passionate

their first kiss after Guardian wakes up isn't passionate either though; they are talking, their past arguments are long forgotten but he's too shy for some reason. Guardian isn't afraid however, pressing her lips quickly on his, flashing a smile at him afterwards

Nevra is too stunned to properly process what happened at first. when all things fall into place, he grabbes her head, maybe a little too harshly but not too much, and connect their lips again. the kiss this time is longer, with tongue and a bit of lip biting as well

12. first time

(the same as with first kiss)

it doesn't take very long for Guardian and Nevra to have sex together, but definitely after they are a pair. Nevra had his fair amount of one night stands, he wouldn't want that kind of relationship with Guardian

when Guardian starts to undress, she notices how Nevra's breathing quickens and his face reddens, so she slows down her moves, teasing him as she takes off her clothes

both are experienced, though Nevra more, he's the dominant one during their first time. he likes to please and torture Guardian at the same time, with lots of foreplay and touching

when they are done, Nevra wants to make sure she didn't regret anything, but she reassures him. the two spend the rest of the night in each others' arms

being jealous

Nevra being jealous... he’s totally unpredictable at those times. he’s mad at everything and everyone. may the gods bless whoever made a move on Guardian, because Nevra will come for him

it’s even worse if that person is Leiftan. “does he think just because they slept together for 7 years, he’s entitled to have her?” Nevra is sure to have a discussion with Leiftan. at some point, Leiftan quietly says “you know, she’s not yours either, she’s her own person...” which just makes Nevra 100% angrier, but in the end no one dies and Nevra achieves his goal

he’s not angry towards Guardian herself, how could he? but he’s still nervous when it’s just the two of them. asserting his dominance over her helps though, seeing that she is his

Nevra is less and less likely to get mad jealous as the time goes on, he slowly but surely grows confident in their relationship and trusts Guardian to defend herself when it’s needed

Candy's P. O. V.

"Are you even paying attention to me?!"

Amber was lying on her stomach next to me, a laptop before us on the ground. This wasn't the first time I invited her over to my dorm room to spend time with her. My excuses were always the same: for Nathaniel and Castiel, I'd say that I'm keeping her close so that I can see if she eats enough; for Amber herself, I never went into details. I'd just ask her if she's interested in watching a movie, going skating or doing anything together, and to my greatest luck, she always just said 'yes' without any questions.

I snapped back into reality and tried to focus on what was happening in front of me. Amber went into a detailed theory about how the protagonist is going to come back and save the day yet again... I loved watching her when she was like this. Her face slightly blushed from the enthusiasm, she relied on her palm while gesturing with the other one, paying respect to her Italian origins. But now she was staring at me, her brows furrowed with anger when she realised I wasn't listening to her.

"Don't worry, I'm definitely paying attention." I decided to play it cocky. Maybe she'd play along.

"Oh." As I was expecting, she caught up, dropping her voice to a whisper. "And do you like what you see?" She put her other hand down now, but... on the other side of my neck, towering over me effectively.

This wasn't the first time I invited her over to my dorm room to spend time with her. This wasn't the first time we ended up like this. We were a lot more than friends, and I think others were starting to realise it as well. But in my room, it was only the two of us, and I was curious about the continuation.

Her lips started their slow descend towards mine. I was already a bit impatient, but I knew that it would simply make the game longer, so I waited. Just when she became dangerously close, when I could feel her soft breath over my lips, when I could see the little light brown spots in her eyes that were glued to mine... she stopped.

"What...?"

Amber straightened up as fast as lightning, the sound of her heartwarming chuckle, sweet as honey, ringing in my ears. I let out a groan, while trying to cover my flustered face with the aid of my hair.

"You have to do something special to deserve a kiss from me" she winked at me when I was finally able to look up from my lap.

"Such as?" My palm found its way to her thigh. To my much surprise, she didn't snatch it away immediately. She stopped laughing, but the playfulness didn't disappear from her eyes.

"Gosh, you're so out of my league" I sighed dramatically, noticing how she didn't answer me.

"And you're so out of your mind". She rolled her eyes. "What even makes you think that?"

"Because it's simply the truth." I had a hard time hiding my smile. "You're breathtakingly beautiful, painfully young and so, so not singola."

"You say that I'm young like you're not a 20-something university student." She tried to look hurt, but I noticed that she slightly blushed when I called her beautiful. "Also, please stop bringing up my 'boyfriend'. You know it's not a real relationship."

"If you want me to shut up, you have to make me."

"Screw you."

"I'm okay with that, too."

There was a short pause here. I was looking at her, hoping she would take up the challenge. And for the second time today, she reacted the way I wanted.

Before I could even register what was happening, her lips were finally on mine, lighting my whole body on fire. We didn't go any further for now, only our faces glued together, my hands enveloping her cold ones.

"Where did your thirst for adventure disappear so suddenly?" she asked when we pulled away, resting our foreheads against each other's.

I wanted to say 'I thirst for something completely different' but that was a bit too bold even for me. I rather pulled her face close again, lying down on the floor, taking her with me.

I don't know how much time we spent there like that; tongues intertwined, arms holding the other one so close no one could tell where one body ends and the other starts, legs brushing against each other. My fingers found their way under her top, caressing her stomach. Suddenly I could only think about how she denies food from that stomach, how her ribs are so easily palpable under the thin layer of her skin. My heart squished with worry and love for her, and she must have sensed the change in my mood, because she pulled away once again.

"What's the matter, amore?" I couldn't help but smile. Weaving random words from her native language into our conversations was a silly little game of ours, but she didn't play it with anyone else besides me, so I felt unique.

"You know how much I love you, right?"

"Mhmm."

"I wish I knew how to win you over."

"You don't need that knowledge anyway, you have already done that, in case you haven't noticed."

We both laughed at this, still lying on the floor.

"Would you go out with me?" The hope in my voice was too perceptible, but I didn't care. She can know how desperate I am.

"You have to do something special to deserve that" she replied without missing a beat, but it didn't seem like even she believed herself.

"I'll keep not listening to your rants, then." I pressed a short kiss on her cheek, letting her stubbornness defeat me for now.
