Zekina Princess And The Frog AU Idea

Zekina Princess and the Frog AU Idea

I really wanted to write down this prompt idea because this is somehow the most perfect idea and also the most frustrating in how much I have to fix it up to make it work in this idea. XD Like you think, yay restaurant this is perfect, but no actually because Tiana and Tina are vastly different personalities and I have to completely redo the path she goes along to do the things she does. So anyway, here's the cast I have so far. It's not going to be a complete list because I'm going to leave it up to anyone else who wants to do this idea. Tina - Tiana (I don't even have to change anything for her name XD) Tiana was once an idealistic young girl full of dreams of love. She dreamed of getting married to her childhood sweetheart. However, after the death of her father and getting her heart broken by her childhood sweetheart she vowed to help make her father's dream come true. She stuffs down her idealistic, hopeless romantic self deep down in order to never be hurt by a cute dancing boy again. So instead of pursuing love like her younger self would have wanted, she chose what she felt was the easier option and work hard to make "Bob's Burgers" a real restaurant in honor of the dream her father never got to see through. She feels that it would be wrong to even consider trying to find love again when her dad never got to finish his dream. Still, when she's alone, and no one's looking she still writes about the fantasies of love she wishes would be real for her as a stress reliever from all that life throws at her. She is a decent cook but she often laments about how she'll never be as good as her father was. Even so, she refuses to let his legacy die.

Zeke - Prince Zaveen Zaveen is not really a prince but a con artist that's flat-out broke. He does have an immensely wealthy inheritance coming his way but only if he gets married. His parents consider him a screw-up for never finding a talent that he could profit from. He spends his days flirting, having fun, and living his best life but all of this is to hide much of a loser he feels like and to fill the void of how lonely he actually is.

He later finds out he has a talent for cooking as a frog to the point Tiana brought is to tears because it reminds her so much of her dad's cooking. Zaveen also gets Tiana to dance again after giving it up years ago when her heart got broken. Tammy - Tottie La Bouf Tottie's a horrible, rich girl that has never heard the word "no" in her life. The only reason Tiana even associates with the girl is that Tottie's parents pay Tiana's mother to make so many of Totties dresses. Tottie tricked Tiana to kiss so many frogs in their youth because at first she couldn't be bothered to do the work of finding a frog prince herself but then she just kept tricking her into doing it just to find out how long it will take her to figure out she was being duped. Tottie causes kids to know Tiana as "frog lips" and the poor girl was never able to live it down even in her adult years. Tottie in the end would do only one unselfish thing for Tiana after years of being terrible to her. Linda - Lindora Lindora is Tiana's mother who makes all of Tottie's dresses. All she wants for Tiana is for her to be happy and live for herself. As long as Tiana is set on making her late father's dream come true the best she can do is hope that Tiana will finally let herself live for her own dreams (and maybe finally get some grandkids XD). Bob - Bob (you try to come up with a good name combination of Bob and James! LOL)

Bob is Tiana's late father. All he ever wanted was to be able to own a restaurant that sold creative burgers that made people happy. He died before he could ever see that dream come to be. He loved his family so much though that as long as he still had them he didn't care that he didn't live to see his restaurant dream come to pass.

The Fishoeder brothers - The Fishfenner brothers It just made perfect sense. I mean Calvin is a landlord so that's close enough to a real estate agent I suppose. lol Teddy - Leddy the alligator Seems like a decent enough pick. That's all the cast I can think of for this idea. I have no idea how to even include Gene and Louise in the story? I don't even know who to pick for Dr. Facilier either which is a shame. This idea all started because I thought "Never Knew I Needed" fit Zekina really well. So I thought, hey why not put the prompt idea out in the world to see if anybody digs it too. Though I did leave the story with a funny plot hole that could get called out by Tina herself that since Zaveen was never a real prince so she has no way of turning them both human again. So she has to shoehorn in an abrupt reason for it to work, oops! XD @tacosandtouchtanks

So fingers crossed someone gets inspired by this!

Saw This in “The Oeder Games” and Wanted to Share.

At the beginning of the episode, I notice that Zeke's dad was sitting at a table with a lady in a blue blouse, some guy in a blue tie, and Zeke. More than that, the lady was sitting next to Zeke in the longer shots. (who knows where Zeke goes when they get closer though. XD) I notice she's either close to Zeke or Zeke's dad as seen in the images below.

Saw This In “The Oeder Games” And Wanted To Share.

So since Cheryl has no canon face as of this moment, I headcanon that the blue blouse lady is Cheryl. Though, feel free to say I'm wrong and she appears in another episode under another name because I honestly want to know. I don't keep up with all the bg characters of BB so I'm not sure if the lady is in any other episodes or not. I also want to keep an eye out for the guy that's next to Zeke's dad in the first screenshot. I want to say he's Zeke's 44-year-old brother, but I'm not sure if he's already a character with his own lore separate from Zeke's family. The character he looks the most like, at least from what I found so far is Glen. I don't think he's Glen though because Glen has darker brown hair and the hair is not as smooth (also I think Glen has slightly tanner skin). Hopefully, I'll find him outside of this episode one of these days. Also, since Zeke's dad doesn't necessarily look like someone who could have a 44-year-old son, here's my headcanon. Zeke's 44-year-old is the result of teen pregnancy and Zeke's dad is between his late 50s and early 60s. He also dyes his balding hair to make himself feel younger than he is. Back to maybe Cheryl. I suppose there's still a possibility that the lady could be Zeke's bio mom and she just got a bigger redesign compared to Zeke's dad from what he looked like in "The Belchies".

Saw This In “The Oeder Games” And Wanted To Share.

Then again, we still don't know if this lady from "The Belchies" was an early design for Cheryl or not either. Until we get an episode that actually reveals Cheryl or Zeke's bio mom, these two designs are all I have to go off of. So Occam's razor, since Cheryl gets talked about more than his bio mom, I'm going to assume the blue blouse lady is Cheryl and not his bio mom or some random woman until proven otherwise. TLDR, I headcanon the blue shirt lady as Zeke's stepmom but I'm still not sure if she could be just a random bg character with her own thing or even a redesign of Zeke's bio mom (if the woman from "The Belchies" wasn't a proto Cheryl that is). Many questions are left unanswered for now and not much proof to grasp, the nature of many headcanons for brief bg characters.

More Bob’s Burgers Headcanons For Tina and Zeke Because Why Not!

Tina: 1. Her full first name is Martina which makes her Martina Ruth Belcher. Linda thought the name Martina was a good idea at the time, until it wasn't. Now she is forever known as Tina except for her birth certificate and other legal documents.

2. Her eyes are blue (I don't care that Tina's eyes were brown in the Archer episode, I'm going with her blue eye color that was revealed in the Bob's Burgers story, "The Makeup".

More Bob’s Burgers Headcanons For Tina And Zeke Because Why Not!

3. Tina has a hard time with romance at her age because she loves the longing. Even when drama happens in her romance she secretly is okay with the negative outcomes because it fuels her limerence. That's why she struggled with asking Jimmy Jr. to be official with her in the movie. She was so afraid of him saying yes because then things would become real and she wouldn't have her limerance to fall back on anymore once the real Jimmy Jr killed fantasy Jimmy Jr for good. She fears having trouble finding romance in the mundane and never being satisfied because of all the fantasy hours she built up over the years. With Jimmy Jr finding her barrettecklace though, she realizes she's willing to try and move past her limerence because she learns that she can still find romance even in the smallest gestures. It may not be the Romeo and Juliet, star-crossed lovers drama she always wanted, but it was hers and she would be okay with that. 4. Another reason for her limerence is because she fears once things become real for her, they will be gone in an instant once the guy decides she wasn't enough. At least in her fantasy she can believe she will always be enough, the apple of her dream boy's eyes, and she will never have to worry about being tossed aside like trash.

5. After her break up with Jimmy Jr. around the end of high school, she vows to never put in as many fantasy hours for a boy as she did for him at least until she's sure she's safe to do so. She just can't handle that pain anymore. She still will be boy crazy, she just has a limit to how long she will fantasize about her crushes before she dates them now.

6. She has a box full of wedding plans/ideas for herself and her whole family, even Bob and Linda just in case they ever have the money to want to renew their vows with a fancier wedding. Gayle is also included as well. 7. As she gets older, she slowly starts dating more guys against her type of tall, skinny guys with long necks, perfectly shaped butts, and accents because she desperately doesn't want to end up like Gayle all because she had too high standards.

8. Tina's birthday is July 8th, 2008, I will accept nothing else. (Blame the Bob's Burger wiki for saying that it was her birthday! It's gone now but it was there! I refuse to let go that Tina, a character I kin has the same birthday as me! XD) 9. Tina is autistic but undiagnosed. That's not breaking new ground but that's my headcanon. 10. Tina grows up to be the smallest of the Belcher kids. She's slightly smaller than Linda while Gene is his mom's height while Louise is the tallest in between Bob's and Linda's height.

11. When Tina is 16 she will juggle working at her family restaurant, babysitting, and at a book store to afford college or whatever if she decides not to go to college. She has her hands full especially when she still has two more years of school.

Zeke: 1. Zeke's full name is Ezekiel Anthony Connor. 2. His birthday is March 11th, 2008 ( March 11th is the release date of "The Belchies", Zeke's first appearance. I couldn't use Bobby Tisdale's birthday because I couldn't find it so this was the next best thing). 3. Zeke's grandma's name is Daniella and his grandpa was named Anthony. 4. He was raised mostly by his grandparents until his grandpa died and his grandma couldn't take care of him anymore and had to be put in a home. 5. Curt from Bob's flashback in "Two for Tina" is Zeke's 44-year-old brother (assuming it's a half-brother) because I think it's funny and they share a voice actor. 6. Zeke's dad is a con artist that sells cheaply made crap of all kinds and that's why they moved around a lot. Zeke's dad would be good at what he does since it is revealed he owns a jacuzzi tub in "Tina and the Real Ghost". Though he could be bad at it and just squanders his money anyway instead of providing for his kid. 7. Zeke's mom was held back 4 times in school (if Harold from Hey Arnold can do it then so can she lol). She was 21 when she went to prom and was pregnant with Zeke. Still creepy as heck for a hypothetical 46-year-old to impregnate a 21 to 22-year-old, but not illegal. (I'm assuming Curt was born when Zeke's dad was 15 to be generous) 8. Zeke was an unwanted pregnancy. I can see Zeke's mom as a gold digger that was tricked into thinking Zeke's dad was more wealthy than he actually was. Zeke's mom wanted the easy way out because she was doing terribly in school and thought Zeke's dad could be her way in. She got pregnant by accident and neither of them was ready for it. Zeke's parents got married and tried to make it work but they just didn't work as a couple. Zeke's dad got more custody than Zeke's mom in the divorce because he seemed slightly more stable at the time.

9. Before Cheryl, not a day went by without Zeke's dad making Zeke feel like a screw-up. No matter how much he tries to help with his dad's business, it's never enough. 10. Zeke's relationship with his mom is not much better. She acts like she loves him but he can tell she's only doing what she thinks a mother is supposed to do and going through the motions. He can't help but feel that all she can see in him was her own mistakes. He still tries to see the best in both of his parents because he would go insane otherwise. 11. Zeke's grandparents were the few good role models in Zeke's home life. Cheryl, Zeke's stepmom later on would help get his dad's act together and Zeke will be forever grateful to her for that. She still has an issue with alcohol and is a shopaholic, but she is more present in Zeke's life than his bio mom is. 12. Zeke gets his love language from his grandparents. 13. Zeke has undiagnosed ADHD which explains his impulse control problem and why he gets bored very easily in "Tina and the Real Ghost".

14. Zeke grows up to be as tall as Bob but still shorter than Jimmy Jr. He's still stocky but his muscles balance out his stocky physique. He doesn't have a problem with being a big guy and is comfortable with himself. Just don't ask him why he's been putting more on his glutes lately because you won't get an answer. Definitely doing it for himself and not for anybody else yes siree bob. 15. At 16, Zeke would volunteers to help cover for Tina at Bob's Burgers during the times she's doing either at her book store job or babysitting job. 16. Zeke has green eyes.

Anyway, that's all. I tried to do more headcanons for them as characters rather shippy headcanons. Though a bit slipped through the cracks for both of them. Here's the height chart to compare the heights.

More Bob’s Burgers Headcanons For Tina And Zeke Because Why Not!

(Blue Bob is supposed to be Jimmy Sr Pesto's height but I guess like the show I'm trying to erase the character's existence on a subconscious level. XD)

Figures come from here. http://www.mrinitialman.com/OddsEnds/Sizes/compsizes.xhtml

When I think I'm done with the headcanons they just keep coming for some reason. Fingers crossed that I'm not too off base when it comes to Zeke's family. I'm basically placing my bets that his bio parents are terrible people and only his grandparents and Cheryl were good to him. I would hate to be eating crow later. XD

Something I Made In 2015-2016

Something I made in 2015-2016

I’m just as confused as you are Shorty! The battle of the sexes angle always made me scratch my head figuratively. I mean technically it was three episodes with “Helga’s Makeover”, The Harold vs.Patty episode and “Ghost Bride”. Other than those three episodes, gender isn’t that big of an issue like it was on Jimmy Neutron for example.

This chapter of this wonderful fanfiction has Curly make a joke about it https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13297726/20/Hey-Arnold-Season-6-The-Mitigators , but I could have sworn the author mentioned something about why the intro is the way it is in one of the author’s notes. I’m positive that Craig mentioned it at one point in an interview what it was a reference to, but I can’t remember what the gosh darn reference is! All I can remember is something about Craig mentioning it was a reference to something and how he wanted to twist it around to have a more chill approach because that’s who Arnold is. I wish I could be more helpful.

Does anyone have any earthly idea why the HEY ARNOLD! opening sequence is… like That?

This Is My KFP Villain,  Jiao Diao. She Is The Master Of The Dark Side Of Chi. She Has Control 4 Of

This is my KFP villain,  Jiao Diao. She is the master of the dark side of chi. She has control 4 of the 5 Chinese elements; fire, water, earth, and metal (air). Wood is the final element, which is basically control over plants. Since she is on the dark side which can only destroy, she has no grasp of the wood element. In my headcanon only one master can have control over one element. Po and Tigress however, could control two because it represents their personal Yin and Yang counterparts. Jiao Diao is cheating the natural order of things because, evil and all that jazz. She is a yellow-throated marten. I chose this animal because they have sort of a symbiotic relationship with tigers and one the natural enemies of panda (at least their cubs anyway). Her backstory has a past with tigers though and it’s not a nice one.

Anyway here’s my headcanon which Furious 5 member (and Po) carries what element.

Po: Water (second element, metal)

Tigress: Fire (second element earth)

Crane: Metal

Viper: Water

Monkey: Earth

Mantis: Wood

Anyway, this is basically my wishlist for KFP4. Most likely not going to happen. At least I can still dream.

Debora’s Intro to “The Patakis” Universe

Debora’s Intro To “The Patakis” Universe

Debora is in the front is situating herself with her locker on her first day of high school as a sophomore. She's groaning at Wolfgang and Edmund being their usual selves and bothering poor Eugene. Before this instance, Debora was only vaguely aware of how these boys were after years of viewing the outside world behind curtained windows. She knew enough that these boys were bad news. So she's now cursing the educational authority that placed her near the most obnoxious, despicable boys of PS118. To add insult to injury, she is forced to here Edmund's insultingly dopey laugh anytime Wolfgang breathes. Debora really wishes she can be home-schooled again, and she hasn't even had her first class yet.

So, a week or two has passed (I don’t really have the timespan set in stone) since Debora has first come to the PS118 high school for the sophomore class. Debora’s grows more tired of the school due to her fellow classmates giving little to no care for her presence, except maybe very few offering to Debora come seat with them at their lunch table. Debora always politely declined however by making excuses that she likes to draw during lunch period and her elbows would just get in the way of everybody else’s space. She never let anybody see her sketchbook when they asked because she was very self-conscious of her work and feared people would think her art is bad, boring, or weird and by extension, her. This, in turn, gave her fellow sophomores the impression that she is just some emo, loner snob that thinks that she’s too good for anybody. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Even with her little excuses, one of the true reasons she declines the offer is her fear of the masses of teens into small tables. Well, maybe the tables were perfectly averaged size for a school, but to a person like Debora that doesn’t like random strangers accidentally rubbing on their shoulders with hers, they were small. Debora wasn’t germaphobic, what she did have was a weird feeling, creepy-crawly feeling anytime anybody that she wasn’t close to gave her any minor, safe, physical contact. Even with distant family members, she would always be extremely awkward giving physical affection. It always felt awkward to her and she didn’t like it. For Debora, it was just one of the “joys” of having ASD. Secondly, the background noises in the lunchroom freaked her out. Everything was so loud and so many voices to focus on that Debora can’t focus on her own thoughts. That's she prefers to be in a table with farthest from people as possible. She can't stand loud, crowded areas, so the idea being closer to the loud clutter of voices is torture to her and she would just want to shrink down into nonexistence. Lastly, her biggest worry is that nobody would even pay much mind to her anyway and the only reason they invited is to just cure some guilty conscience. Debora is not good at her words and is always somehow blocked by somebody else stealing her time to speak. Even in her own family, someone is always cutting her off when she tries to talk because she’s either too slow or not loud enough. So what is the point of even talking if nobody is even going to acknowledge your desire to finally speak?

Debora had to face facts that these people were in groups of their own and no one was going to leave their own group just to seat with one, quiet girl. It will always be to join their group, but they never consider that maybe they should just seat with her instead. No, that would be too much to ask for. Those teens have their place in this school; she was but a bee in a nest of wasps. What made this experience more unbearable was her locker being close to the juniors’ lockers and not just any juniors, the most obnoxious two of the bunch, Wolfgang and Edmund. It drove her crazy to hear these jerks harass freshmen and sophomores. They acted like poorly developed antagonists from a bombed, high school comedy. Unfortunately, Debora wasn’t the one exception to their jerky ways. While Wolfgang never tripped her with his leg… yet, he has however made her drop a tower of school books onto the floor. She thought that it was only to be annoying at first until she overheard one of the juniors; she couldn't tell it was either Wolfgang’s, Edmund’s, or some other male junior voice chortled and rudely commented of how her back end was flat as a pancake. She was embarrassed and confused because she wore a blouse that specifically covered that part, so how could they possibly tell. Beyond book dropping and rude comments, the one time that Wolfgang caused her to physically hurt was when he “accidentally” pushed Debora out of his way and onto her locker. The good news, her reflexes saved her from it being a worse impact. The bad news is that her upper arm fell onto her locker combination and she was very sensitive there due to low muscle tone from being a social shut-in for most of her life.  She still has a tiny bruise from that moment. She tries to brush off that one moment because her younger sister always berated for being a baby when it came to receiving pain. She didn’t need that kind of mocking here too. She begins to wonder what even the point of coming here in the first place was. She remembers why she came here after seeing somebody carry a football. She needed closure with Arnold; it had been so long since she had seen the closest person that accepted her for who she is. She wanted to see him again one more time before her overprotective mother transfers her to a private school away from all the bad influences and secular lesson plans. The only reason she was even at this school in the first place because she begged her mother to go there at least until spring break to see Arnold for a while, then she can put her in the private, church school her mom did with her younger sister after the sibling complained about being homeschooled. Both her mother and Debora would much rather have had her homeschooled, but colleges around the area looked down on homeschooling. Debora had no choice but to go to a “real” school for her last three years. Arnold wasn’t even here, so she came to this school for nothing. All she can do now is wait until spring break for this Tartarus of school to be over. At least on the plus side, she can leave this school without care because she never formed a close friendship with anybody at the school. Nobody will miss her and she will miss nobody. She can leave knowing that she never made a difference in anybody's life at this school; to her, it is comforting as much as it is heartbreaking.

At her locker, Debora finally takes her head out of the clouds and notices something different about one of the banes of her existence. It appears Edmund has got himself a new haircut. It seems Edmund is also trying to not so subtly get Wolfgang to acknowledge this change. Even though Debora doesn’t like Edmund, she can admit to herself that the hairdo looks good on him. It definitely is an improvement compared to his bowl-cut hair. In her opinion, his original hairstyle made him look like a blonde chili pepper thanks to his centered cowlicks. Wolfgang finally acknowledges Edmund’s hair change, but of course, he had to be a jerk about it and ask Edmund if he wanted him to compliment about his makeup and the shoes he’s wearing now. Debora’s rolls her eyes at this. She’ll never understand why Edmund seeks this guy’s approval. Edmund doesn’t back down and makes his own snarky remark. This only makes Wolfgang angry and threatens to smack Edmund upside the head. Debora was used to hearing Wolfgang treating Edmund more like a dog than an actual friend. It made her sick. It made her think of terrible childhood memories she wishes she could forget. However, even after Wolfgang’s terrible display of friendship, nothing could prepare for what is about to happen to Edmund. Debora notices a female brunette with a blue bow on top of her head. Debora didn’t know the girl's name, but she knew that the girl usually walks with three other girls to class. One is a Hispanic with a pink bow in her hair, another is a blonde with a barrette in her hair, and the last one is an African American that likes to chew gum. For whatever reason, the brunette was walking alone and Edmund took that opportunity to try to talk to her. Debora doesn’t watch as the conversation happens, but she does hear Edmund for the first time sounding a little shy and vulnerable. Debora checks it off as him just being insecure around pretty girls because he’s usually cheerful and carefree around everybody else for the most part. Debora has seen a lot of shows and reads a lot of stories, so she was very much aware of what Edmund was trying to talk to the brunette about. Apparently, so did the brunette because before he could even ask “the question” she stopped Edmund him mid-sentence. The brunette’s tone sounded angry, but Debora looked in her locker pretending not to notice because it was none of her business. The brunette wants to make to it perfectly clear to Edmund that she is sick of those idiotic juniors making a pass at her, but he takes the cake. It seems that Edmund already attempted to talk to this brunette before got his new haircut. Now that she thinks about it, Debora does remember that Edmund did ask Wolfgang why he thought girls didn’t like him. Wolfgang being Wolfgang, he gave him the suggestion of changing his because he had his mom cut it for far too long instead of pointing out the real issues. For example, his assumption that he’s entitled to have a pretty girl like him just because he’s nice to her. At least, Debora assumes that’s what Edmund thinks likes that because she feels Wolfgang would think like that and Edmund has a tendency to mimic Wolfgang.  So for a few seconds, she was on the brunette’s side because all women should be treated right without expecting compensation, not just the pretty ones you want to date. Unfortunately, the brunette girl decides to take all her frustrations out on Edmund and takes it too far. The now apparent, mean girl tells Edmund that no haircut in the world would get her to notice him. He could be lying face-first on the sidewalk and she still wouldn’t notice him. She ends her hate speech to Edmund telling him no matter what change you try to make about yourself you will still be the same dumb, annoying, ugly dog he has always been. The mean brunette leaves but not before the telling Edmund to get lost and calling him and elephant boy. Debora assumes that the girl called him that last name because of his ears, but she knew some of the contexts of who the real elephant man was, so to her that was needlessly cruel for the brunette to add on to her already cruel speech. Even Debora overhears Wolfgang tries to muster some sympathy after that mess Edmund went through. It clearly wasn’t helpful, but Wolfgang still tries to convince Edmund that watching him harass some sophomores would make him feel better. Debora felt really bad after overhearing all of that, so she decided to go to the bathroom to wash the awkward off of her.

Debora’s Intro To “The Patakis” Universe

The moment she turns her head however, her eyes meet an expression she was all too familiar with and yet it seems so foreign on Edmund. Debora moves her hand quickly to her mouth to cancel out the audio of her gasp as she views the sad look of rejection on Edmund’s face. She immediately looks back at her locker so Edmund wouldn’t notice that she was looking at him. No, this couldn’t be happening! Oh no, she couldn’t believe that she was feeling sympathy for Edmund! This is the same guy that she had to suffer through with that stupid laugh. He enjoyed causing problems just as much as Wolfgang; she has no reason in this forsaken school to feel bad for him! Even so, here she is comparing Edmund’s expression to a wounded puppy. Curse his stupid underbite for making a surprisingly convincing, puppy dog pout! So against her better judgment and all the cons outweighing the pros, she decides to follow her heart and try to cheer Edmund back up. Not in person, however, heavens no! She uses a page from her sketchbook and writes Edmund a letter, complimenting of his change in hairstyle. More than that, the letter is also to let Edmund know that appearance was never the problem. The problem was that he spends so much time in the shadow of somebody else that he lost his sense of individuality and self-worth. Before he could start a serious relationship with somebody he must first learn to love himself. Of course, Debora was aware that was easier said than done. So to start him off she listed some important, good qualities about him. Unfortunately, she didn’t know Edmund personally, so she had to guess his good qualities by finding the positive side of the things she couldn’t stand about Edmund. For example, even if she hated hearing his dopey laugh all the time, she could find that at least it shows that he has a cheerful personality. Secondly, even though she hated seeing him stick around a guy so abusive, at least it shows he is loyal to his friends. Lastly, even though she thought it was idiotic of Edmund to retort with snarky remarks when he should know by now it will only make Wolfgang want to hurt him, she finds that at least it shows that Edmund at least is willing to call people out on their bull, even if it gets him hurt. She ends the letter by saying to never forget he does have value and he shouldn’t listen to people that won’t even take the time to see beyond his outer appearance or persona.

She almost signs the letter with an anagram name she did for fun for the word, anonymous. The name is Sonya Muno, however, she realizes how terrible of an idea that is too late for she already signed it on the paper. To make matters worse, the school bell rings to tell all the students to get in their respective classrooms. In a rush, Debora scribbles on the anagram name as fast as possible, writes down the word, anonymous, shoves the letter into the little lines on top of the locker doors in order to get paper inside Edmund’s locker, and gets to class. Later on in the day, before Debora goes to her next class, she notices Edmund opening his locker and soon finds the letter she wrote. She goes to a corner of a room to hide from his view as he reads the note. Despite still not thinking Edmund is a good person and some small part of her still feeling he may not even deserve her letter of encouragement; She couldn’t help but feel warm, fuzzy, and accomplished when she saw that her stupid, little letter put a smile on that dopey face. It feels so satisfying to hear that she finally did something significant in somebody else’s life. Her being alive finally meant something to someone outside her immediate family, even if the person didn’t know it was her. She was okay with him never knowing, for she would be going to a religious, private school anyway after spring break and she didn’t want to form any close friendships at the school anyway. She was just happy she made someone else happy.

Unfortunately, that happiness died the next day after Debora overhears Edmund talk to Wolfgang with something about a “Sonya”. After she heard that name, she felt like her spirit escaped from her body. She must have not covered that stupid anagram well enough. Now he thinks some girl named Sonya that doesn’t even exist wrote him that note! So with that new knowledge being granted to her, she proceeds to bang her head on her locker door feeling like the biggest moron in the world. She should have never made that letter. She is in so much trouble!

This is just something I did before I went back to my fall semester. I wanted to expand upon my Hey Arnold fan character before time was up. Unfortunately, I don’t have anything for the main show at the moment. I hope to do so someday. I’ve been more focused on her teen version lately because she has more of a role in this spin-off series while she’s a one-off character in the main series. Anyway, I hope you like what I have to offer.

I Don't Have Much To Add. I Don't Plan On Coloring These Any Time Soon And I Just Wanted To Make Cute

I don't have much to add. I don't plan on coloring these any time soon and I just wanted to make cute ship sketches. If you have any questions about any of the sketches, feel free to ask. Although, I reserve my right to reject any potential spoiler questions though. One day I may come back to one of these sketches and color them, just not in the really near future. Debora and the sketches belong to me. Craig Bartlett owns Edmund. #heyarnold #heyarnoldfanart #dreamboundedstarart #Debora #deborawblaney #deborawinifredblaney #Edmund #heyarnoldedmund #craigbartlett https://www.instagram.com/p/B77PQm0hH85/?igshid=7x5apycdikt6

“Homely And The Dunce”

“Homely and the Dunce”

I'll let you decide which is which. I was originally going to start off with a canon HA! ship image, but I really wanted to draw Debora. So you get her and the rare character of Edmund made. I kind of like the hairstyle I've given 16-year-old Edmund, it almost makes him semi-decent looking. However, it could be just because I chose him to do him in a side profile and not do his less than appealing 3/4 angle. I'm being too mean to Edmund though. There are worse looking fifth graders than Edmund, at least in my opinion. Anyway, here's some context for this image. So basically it's a day or two after their first introduction to each other. In between that time Debby has convinced herself that Edmund didn't really mean it when he said he'll see her later or something along the lines of that. She assumed that he was saying the thing everybody says but doesn't really mean and Edmund won't ever pay her any mind ever again. On one hand, it saddened her, but on the other hand, she figured it was probably for the best because at least she didn't have the pressure of keeping a friendship that barely started. low and behold on Monday, Edmund doesn't waste his time on going up to casually say hi to his new friend. At that instant, Debora is a flurry of mixed emotions. Mostly it's internal screaming and contemplating whether to lock herself in the bathroom before she does or says something stupid. Unfortunately, it's too late for she already performed her world famous, super forced, obviously fake smile in her attempt to act "normal". The poor boy has no idea what he has gotten himself into. Just Wanted to Add to One of My Flips White Fudge Headcanons:

I already established that I headcanon Shelly and Flips' obsession with hip-hop is linked to a tragic backstory but I never had anything concrete in the details. I just pinned it down to an absentee father somehow. Now I finally got something. I headcanon that Flips' dad was black and Flips is actually bi-racial. However, because he completely takes after his mom, he appears basic Caucasian (I Googled it to make sure it was possible. It is, it's just not that common). His father died from something (very specific lol) when Flips was around age 11. So, to cope with the trauma and to feel closer to the dad and his culture, they go all in on hip-hop. No matter how hard Flips tried to connect with others in a culture he truly wanted to be accepted in, he was always seen as a poser and unintentionally offensive. So he had no choice but to accept that was just how things were and continue genuinely loving hip-hop. No one's going to stop him from being him. Anyway, that's how I'm explaining how Shelly and Flips aren't trying to be posers and appropriate hip-hop for the sake of appropriating it.

I understand if you still want Flips to just be a basic, white boy poser with no covert bi-racial genes. I just thought this idea could give Shelly and Flips interesting depth and a reasonable origin for their hip-hop obsession.
