I get it, puberty is rough, hormones can be nuts, maybe you really like someone, and we know that technically no one can 100% stop you from having sex if you really want, but... Please, for the love of God, for all that is holy, and for the sake of my sanity, be safe if you make that choice. I'm begging you.
And if you are with someone and they ignore you saying no, don't care about your consent, invalidate your boundaries, and they try to guilt you into/about sexual things, get the fuck out of there.
That is not someone you should be having sex with.
