they are adorable and i love how they handle sherlock’s autism and such, very relatable.

the way both Edwin and Charles are so adamant about staying together for eternity. They have both stated it explicitly multiple times. They are equally bound together, their love each other so much you know it after their first scene together. They went through hell together and came back. The toiches that linger that neither pays too much attention to. The casual ease they work around each other. Because they have. For decades. G o d they make me insane.

One listing sticks out at Merlin—a simple advert, with the word ‘Secretary’ written in bold typeface. (A Secretary Movie/BBC Merlin AU in which a fragile Merlin learns to love his job, himself, getting spanked, and his boss. All in that order.)

Of course this involves journeying through a forest full of magical creatures- because nothing in Merlin’s life is ever easy. That would be more than enough for Merlin to deal with, but nights alone in the wilderness and escaping death every five minutes, have a funny way of bringing two people together. Merlin doesn’t want to reveal his true feelings to Arthur, but then he never wanted to reveal his magic to anyone, either. And look how that turned out. It's a lot easier to manage Merlin's secrets between them when they're surrounded by nothing but trees. But Arthur and Merlin will have to return to Camelot eventually. Merlin's destiny might just be closer than he thinks.

and finally, the first fic in a decade that kept me up until 2am to read. this fic made me fall in love with fics again.

An aggressively racist man can still have the support of numerous people of color, can run for president and win. A chauvinist that wants to enforce laws an restrictions on women's bodies and coined the term "grab 'em by the pussy" still has the support of women. A xenophobic man who wanted to build a wall to keep foreigners out of the country still has the support of immigrants. People still support and voted for a convicted felon, racist, rapist and scum of the earth. Despite it all, people still support and voted for Donald Trump.

There's just something about the rubble only being visible in Fyodor's shadow in this panel.

Something about how he destroys everything he touches, about how misery and ruin is all he's capable of creating, about how everything that's happening, has happened, all comes back to him.

Shadows usually obscure things from view, but darkness is all Fyodor is, that's where he's revealed.
