I’m going to follow Umbrella’s lead and post one of my Halloween fics since it’s getting to be that time of year.

Halloween Whiskey was inspired by this piece of fan art by the incredibly talented @hatepotion which was in turn inspired by @helvetica-upstart amazing fic, Watching Through Windows, which was one of the first SC fics I read and I imprinted on it HARD. Anyway, my fic is NOTHING like helvetica’s, but it’s maybe good for a laugh and a bit of smut. I hope you enjoy.

Summary: “David & Patrick meet for the first time at Jake's Halloween Whiskey Night.”

Hey there!! I have been reading fan fiction of Schitts Creek for a few weeks now and was told today to look at yours. It is and was incredible. I cried so many times. The first time I have ever cried during one of these fan fics. When will you have the last chapter submitted?

Or, David falls off a ladder and can’t remember Schitt’s Creek. Things fall apart and come back together.

I’ll never leave you, Joel always said in his gravel voice.

He never asked her to promise the same.

Or: After learning what happened in Salt Lake City, it’s a long road to forgiveness. Ellie’s not sure if she wants to walk it.
