I feel like utter death today but you bet I’m using it to shift— why be sick here when I can be sick and taken care of by my s/o? (or just not ill in general but you get it)

insomnia thoughts with Jello

part one

I have a habit of struggling to fall asleep, and with nothing but my thoughts to keep me company at 4am, let us all set sail on this treacherous sea that is the shit storm I call my mind.

It pertains to shifting so bear with me.

I love the movie Coraline, as I’ve mentioned before. And we all know it’s very shifting coded. But I was thinking about all the times Coraline would go to sleep in the other world and wake up back in her original world, except for the one time she let fear win.

After being asked to sew buttons in her eyes, she goes to bed needing to wake up back home. Despite knowing she has done so multiple times without even trying, the second she puts her all into it— the second she is desperate, she fails.

which brings me to this:

fear is not an assumption.

While you can be afraid and still manifest or shift, the second you start clinging to the results for dear life is the second you give up your power. Driven by fear, you put more belief into it than yourself. If you truly believe you are in control, then there should be no fear of unwanted results.

Oddly enough, it works the opposite way too. Being afraid of something happening will not guarantee its occurrence. For example, I randomly thought to myself “oh no, what if all my scripts get deleted?” which was followed by “oh no, since I thought it now it’s going to happen all because I assumed.”

But I didn’t assume.

It was a fear, not an assumption. It was an invasive thought, not an assumption. It was a jumpscare, not an assumption.

All this goes to say that when shifting and/or manifesting, we need to let the hell go. Don’t strain for control because that just reaffirms the lack thereof. Chill the eff out and trust yourself, trust your subconscious. They know what’s up.

Hopefully this all made sense.

It is now past 5am.

I am tired.

STOP bringing shifttok misinfo on shiftblr.

STOP Bringing Shifttok Misinfo On Shiftblr.

Shifting is easy. If you believe otherwise you're not educated enough on it.

You don't need a method to shift.

You are pure consciousness regardless of what you're doing.

You don't even need an intention to shift.

Physical symptoms have nothing to do with shifting.

Consciousness is not in you, you are in consciousness.

You can still shift if you're lazy, effort is not required.

Only you can shift yourself, stop depending on others.

Attempts don't exist. You're always shifting. There's no failed shifting 'attempt'.

You can still shift with self-doubt.

Shifting is not a process.

Shifting is instant, your cr is your past.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP SAYING YOU'RE SABOTAGING YOURSELF!!! It's manifesting because you're letting it.

There is no such term as minishifted, a shift is a shift.

You don't have an OR (original reality) you're shifting every second you're not bond here.

CR=DR they're the same, the only thing that separates you is the mindset.

You don't need to affirm 24/7.

It's not necessary to reprogram your subconscious.

You can shift for whatever reason it's your reality.

You don't have to feel it real you'll get it anyways. But if it helps congratulations.

Feeling your feels no matter how 'negative' won't stop you from shifting.

Yes you can script ANYTHING.

"but I've tried everything" have you tried letting it go?

Shifting is a decision not magic.

The Sisyphus Delusion. . . Drop The Boulder And Shift Realities.
The Sisyphus Delusion. . . Drop The Boulder And Shift Realities.
The Sisyphus Delusion. . . Drop The Boulder And Shift Realities.
The Sisyphus Delusion. . . Drop The Boulder And Shift Realities.
The Sisyphus Delusion. . . Drop The Boulder And Shift Realities.

the sisyphus delusion. . . drop the boulder and shift realities.

sisyphus had one job. one brutal, mindless, soul-crunching job. roll the rock up the hill, watch it roll back down, repeat. camus, bless his french-algerian heart, tells us sisyphus is happy because he chooses to be. because he winks at the abyss and says, fine, let’s dance. because the struggle itself is a kind of victory.

alas, sisyphus is not free. he is a hamster in a particularly wheel, finding comfort in his own entrapment. and that is where he and the modern shifter shake hands. the great cosmic irony is that shifters, these darlings of self-willed escape, have turned themselves into their own myth. they are sisyphus reborn, but instead of a rock, they roll their mindset uphill, over and over again. every affirmation, every subliminal, every night spent whispering to the void. an endless exertion, a labour of self-convincing.

it’s not shifting. it’s straining. the difference between them and sisyphus is that at least he had the decency to stop pretending the rock wasn’t real.

shifting should be the rejection of struggle, not its rebranding. but somewhere along the way, it became another mountain, another test, another something-to-be-earned. people talk about shifting like it’s a boss battle, like they have to do enough reality checks, clear enough mental debris, align their subconscious like the planets in some great celestial waiting room. they believe in the rock. they believe in the climb. they are hypnotised by the effort.

but effort is resistance, and resistance is friction, and friction keeps things exactly where they are. loa already taught us this, what you fight, you feed. what you chase, you place ahead of you, always out of reach. shifting is not a process, it’s a decision. it is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when. and 'when' is only ever waiting on you.

so step aside. let the rock roll where it may. stop thinking of shifting as a mountain to scale and start thinking of it as a room you already own. there is no application form. no cosmic bureaucracy keeping you from your desires. no checklist, no gods, no gatekeepers. only you, making your own mythology out of something as simple as stepping through a door.

so, dear sisyphus-in-disguise, put down your affirmations, your desperate notes to the universe, your battle against the self. don’t just push the rock. drop it. and walk into the world that was already waiting for you.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,
reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

reasons why you're waking up in your cr ,

if it's not happening, it's because you’re still treating the 3d like it's anything but your own assumption reflecting back to you. still assuming lack while saying abundance. still looking for signs instead of stepping into the thing as if it's already yours.

nothing external needs to change. your state does. and that can happen in one second, in one thought.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,
reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,
reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

you keep checking . . . ౨ৎ the second you look over your shoulder to see if it worked, you're signalling it hasn't. assumption doesn't need confirmation. assumption doesn't peek. ꒰  what to do , stop asking. stop waiting. decide it's done and get on with your life. keep walking.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

subconscious doubts . . . ౨ৎ somewhere deep, under the clean sentences you say out loud, there's a voice. 'what if it's not real?' 'what if i'm not good enough?' it camps out in the marrow, slowing you down before you ever start. ꒰  what to do , rewire yourself. not once, not wistfully. daily, methodically. affirm it until it's more instinct than wish.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

overthinking the methods . . . ౨ৎ you're not assembling a bomb. you're not cracking the human genome. shifting isn't method worship. it's assumption. ꒰  what to do , pick what feels natural. raven, lullaby, drift, whatever stops the noise. trust the simplicity. complexity is a coffin.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

intellectualising it to death . . . ౨ৎ you read every shifting post, watched every youtube guide, diagrammed every method. ꒰  what to do , get out of your head and into your body. shifting is sensation before it's strategy.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

fear of success or change . . . ౨ৎ self-sabotage wears a hundred faces. sometimes it's something that says you're safer in longing than in arrival. the mind clings to its ruins because they are familiar. ꒰  what to do , dig out the rot. write out your fears like you're testifying. remind yourself that change is not exile. you're allowed to cross thresholds.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

you want it to feel like magic . . . ౨ৎ you expect fireworks. epiphanies. sensations. if it doesn't sparkle, you think it didn't happen. ꒰  what to do , stop chasing signs. reality shifts quiet. like changing the channel. no drama, just difference.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

impatience . . . ౨ৎ you feel ready. you want it yesterday. but checking the oven every two minutes doesn't bake the cake faster. it breaks the heat. ꒰  what to do , behave as if it's already yours. embody the arrival. impatience is a leak, seal it.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

you think there's a gap . . . ౨ৎ a gap between you and your desire. between thought and result. between you and your dr. ꒰  what to do , there is no gap. the second you decided, it existed. the delay's a hallucination.

reasons Why You're Waking Up In Your Cr ,

comparing yourself to others . . . ౨ৎ watching other shifters score touchdowns doesn't mean you're fumbling. you're running a different play entirely. ꒰  what to do , stay on your field. trust your timeline. celebrate every inch forward like you invented it.
