Rincón is a popular tourist spot in Puerto Rico.

this is Rincón, PR—there’s been protests against construction next to the coast

It’s a project that takes away a beach from Rincón. It’s a proposed bike bath that’ll take up a large portion of the coast (at least a mile)!

I like cycling and mountain biking, but here’s a question, does a bike path need to take away a mile of Beach Reserve?

this building project takes up part of a Marine Reserve and popular surf spot! (I apologize if the pictures are blurry—the car was driving by, not stopping)
