I need to vent rq

So I'm autistic, I can't function by myself basically

So my mom always cooks for me and my brother, even tho we should be able to make food for ourselves

My mom recently has been at a work-away, me and my brother don't do anything since we're minors we just live at the second house (there's a main house where food and stuff is)

So anyway, she needs me to cook for myself since she never had a job before (she was on disability in America) and needed us to not make her do even more work, fair right? Yeah it is

Except I literally can't do anything, and she doesn't properly help me (we're all autistic so she does understand I'm autistic, but I have no idea why she isn't helping me)

So she recently showed me how to make grilled cheese, I can now make grilled cheese by myself

But tonight she wanted me to be the one to make burgers for dinner ("very easy" it's those burger patties that you flip and put cheese on and there done)

HOWEVER I have no sense of time and I kept asking when to check them she kept saying "every few moments" or "whenever" like bro that does not help me at all

How long is a moment? When's whenever?? I NEED AN EXACT AMOUNT OF TIME

AND THEN SHE SAYS THAT IF I JUST STARE AT IT I'M INSANE?? LIKE CLINICALLY INSANE??? I JUST WANNA KNOW WHEN THE FOODS DONE

And she's shown me how to make burgers awhile ago, and I've forgotten since I haven't made them in awhile, I don't know what it looks like when you need to flip them, or what melted cheese looks like but she literally wouldn't show me how to make it again

And then my brother basically does it all cause he knows how too

But I have no idea why she can't just show me "she's shown me before" YEAH SHE'S ALSO TAUGHT ME JAPANESE WHEN I WAS LIKE 5 AM I SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER HOW TO SPEAK JAPANESE NOW TOO??

Ugh I hate this and I feel like an asshole because of this and the food finished and she WOULD NOT stop talking about it, but then when I'd start arguing back she'd get even more upset LIKE WOMAN MAKE UP YOUR MIND YOU DONT WANT ME REPLYING OR ARE YOU JUST TRYING TO MAKE ME EVEN MORE PISSED THAN I AM??? I'M SO FUCKING FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW
