Juno’s champion
apparently I can’t draw Carl with anything but long luscious locks lol
comic Carl sketches bc he’s so cool
quick sketches of Carl from my favourite fanfic, From Whence We Came by AtlasNerd on ao3!
Carl in the later chapters has me wrecked and sobbing on the floor
Loss of innocence
we need more Carl Grimes with deer symbolism in this fandom guys
due to absolutely no one’s request, I am back with more fic recs! Here are my top completed Carl Grimes fanfics on ao3.
NUMBER ONE:
Kid With The Messed Up Face by TryingCrying
fills in the gap of time between Carl getting shot and when we see him next (s6 ep9-ep10). Really a beautiful exploration of Carl’s character, and touches on relationships and trauma that were absolutely neglected in the show.
NUMBER TWO:
Long Live the Queen by BeanSidhe_13
Basically Lori’s death if everyone had daemons because I’m an absolute sucker for His Dark Materials crossovers. Another just absolutely heartbreaking exploration of Carl’s character, and the one that I reread the most.
BONUS:
The North Star by Rezeren
this one has Judith as the main character, but Carl is soo important to the story. Set after Carl’s death with heavy themes of grief and growing up. (this one lowkey made me cry)
All of these break my heart and make me cry, go read them guys <3
carphia people is this anything
my children
I haven’t written anything substantial in a while but the carphia brainworms cannot be contained
Back on my twd bullshit
p.s. if I made an animatic about them would anyone watch it
I’m literally insane about them
how it feels being in the walking dead fandom, reading the comics, looking at carphia, deciding, “oh, this is cute” then going on ao3 and tumblr and being faced with an absolute wasteland
pls consider putting a watermark or signature on ur art, there’s a person reposting carl grimes art without permission or credit (@cheeseburgers4life) that could steal it
thanks for letting me know! Future art will have a watermark included 🫡
some sketches from yesterday, featuring Carl if they hadn’t killed him off
