Why do I get the feeling that neither of them (Dazai & Fyodor) will die. Instead, it will be another person lowkey thought it's either nikolai or sigma but nvm. And Dazai's mocking of Fyodor's friends and he just agreed in the same mocking way.

I do think that maybe one of them will die like Dazai said. But thinking back, they are both geniuses (like in another level). And they are similar to one another, they can predict each other's actions like if it's me, I'll do this or that. So I think that's rather impossible for them to kill each other. They will have another plan come up.
