Like it is just crazy that we had to watch an entire scene of Johnny apologizing to Miguel, saying he’s sorry he hasn’t been there for Miguel, that he thought Robby needed him more but that Miguel Johnny’s son too, when there were absolutely zero scenes of Johnny supporting Robby in anyway at all. And meanwhile Robby feels so alone and defeated because no one has been there for him or supported him, not even his dad, that it drives him, the son of addicts who has sworn off alcohol, to get absolutely wasted.

I was surprised by the lack of empathy that miyagi do had most of part 2 (mostly to robby). They are supossed to be good and a team, but they did not show that until the last two episodes. I don't know if it was poor writing, or what, but their behaviour towards their own teammates was shitty and backstabbing.

3 new characters in school spirits season 2 and I’m gonna discuss em ! why not.

i loved every single new character in season 2. like it didn’t feel forced, it felt natural, and i love that. they all fit right in like they’d been there since season 1, another perfect example of amazing cast chemistry.

diego: nicole’s older brother

first of all, that mine is… fine. straight up. i like him so far, but also kinda neutral. i wonder if his only relevance was for the college thing or if he’s gonna be included in helping the group somehow! that would be cool to see.

yuri: russian pottery guy

he’s just .. chill. like i love his vibe. he smokes and just plays with pottery all day. like, i love him already. also, little easter egg but sometime in season 1 they mention yuri🫡

quinn: band marching girl

definitely my favourite out of the other two!! she’s so cute!! she’s friendly, she’s helpful like i love her viibe.
