But Peter and Sirius were best friends. They'd sneak into the kitchens daily, steal something and watch the world burn as the house elves were looking for the pancakes. They'd go outside after an unsuccessful attempt of skipping school and climb trees to the point where they could see all of the schools' campus and even Hogsmeade. Peter once threw Sirius' pillow out the window, 'as a joke', and they needed 3 hours to convince the Whomping Willow to let go.

And on the 31st of October, Sirius completely lost their mind.
