A few days later, after patients have stewed in the horror of their own actions, they spontaneously exsanguinate, and BLOODBOY reforms anew, leaving the withered husk of his victim behind. He can also be found taking advantage of slaughterhouse drainage pipes, absorbing animal blood. He takes the form of a young man, but can also appear as a viscous puddle of blood, a shambling ooze (also of blood), and thin, sticky threads of, you guessed it, blood.
