If I had a nickel for every time a show I liked had a character die not on earth and come back as an exact clone while also featuring cosmic beings sending things back to mortals for the pursuit of knowledge for thousands of years I would have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it's happened twice
"Watch the Owl House", they said. "It's just a silly little kids cartoon about magic and fun times."
i don't think they realized just how earth shattering this would've been
60S WIVES ? ! ? YOUVE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME ? ! ? 2 OF MY FAVORITE THINGS. WOMEN. AND 60S/70S FASHION ? ? ? I WOULDVE EXPLODED ON THE SPOT
EVEN THE HYPOTHETICAL GOT ME TURNING INTO POP ROCKS
King: I have a stick.
King:[Swats Luz with it]
Luz, picks up her own stick: Stop it.
King and Luz:[Playing swords with sticks]
Eda:...you two are like kids-
Five seconds later...
Eda:[Joins in the stick sword fight]
Hooty, picking up a stick too:...
Before the next episode reveals all I decided to make my own interpretations of some guesses for what Luz’s magic staff will look like. I hope the real one blows these out of the water.
a very pines chanukah, night 1
I'm still not over Dana Terrace openly admitting on Twitter that she doesn't have cable and watches episodes on The Owl Club. She's also publicly endorsed fan artists who sell merch and says they deserve the money more than Disney.
Fucking icon. Pirate the show, buy fan merch, say "fuck you" to the Mouse in every way. Hell yes.
i’m going to cry

I post a lot of radio drama art atm (wolf 359, malevolent, wooden overcoats) with the occasional smattering of gravity falls.
