IM SORRY I HAVENT UPDATED YOU I KNOW PPL DO THESE KINDS OF THINGS BUt i genuinely didn't have the time like the past few days have been insane!!!! this is gonna be kinda long asfhsksl
basically i read your posts over and over and i would have a new epiphany each time, i started to feel light as a feather and this boundless feeling came to me!! when i started feeling more confident in myself i stopped coming here looking for answers and just kept focusing on "I AM", nothing else!! i didn't try to get anything like you said but started feeling myself as the reality of all that is,, everything felt easy and peaceful until I BECAME AWARE i had no questions or doubts anymore. now listen after this my world completely shifted!! i still feel like i'm living in a dream. i kind of forgot what i looked like ? i stopped thinking abt the body entirely, i was basically functioning automatically and NOTHING disturbed me. life happened around me but all i was focused on was feeling myself as the witness, unaffected. and then on the 2nd or 3rd day a thought came to me abt the body again,, i was so unbothered with everything that i thought "eh maybe i can start functioning as a body again, it doesn't affect me at all now anyhow". i didn't purposely identify with any appearance i just went to shower that night and when i looked in the mirror, i looked exactly how i always wished to look. and it felt COMPLETELY NORMAL to look like that. I mean of course it did we are pure awareness but what shocked me wasn't that because i was already completely indifferent,, but how fast and easy everything happened. things started showing up out of nowhere, i am totally uninvolved in the illusion of an external world and everything still caters to me. i mean it, i do nothing at all and everything happens around me exactly how i want it meanwhile i don't even think on it. i got fired from my job after that??? but i literally couldn't care less, i was living fully in the moment and nothing could break my stride. now guess what... the next day... probably even less than 24 hrs i had a brand reach out for a collab. like WHAT? influencer life here i come đ truth be told i don't care about that either now that i've reached such a high state of being. i still have a little bit to go since i don't feel completely fearless and desireless but i am determined to achieve all you've said and i won't stop until i do. for now i just feel in love with everything and everyone and ecstatic to live all the time. THANK YOU ADA THANK U SM i love you most of all. i can keep updating you if it's alright in the dm?? i have no one else to talk to about this and it just makes me so happy to know that i finally "cracked the code" after years in this community đ„Č
wow... i am so proud of you. you're just coming back home to your self, it will become the most natural thing to live like this before you know it. âĄ
yes, of course you can update me, it's only up from here!
What I have told you is now fully present in your Consciousness. Are you convinced that all is Brahman, as I have told you? Is there any doubt still in your mind?
If you have not followed, I will tell you again. All of this world appearance is only Life-Energy, Chaitanya. Everything, including your body, is Brahman. One who is convinced of this should never have duality in his mind such as "I" and "you." Really, this duality does not exist. When "I" is gone, that which remains is the state of Brahman. There is no duality of "me" and "you" from the beginning. Whatever you see with your eyes is a form. It is seen by you, and that is not your Self. When it is experienced that something is not your form, then you become formless. Naturally, the notion of "you" will disappear along with the sense of "I." This sense of "I" is the ego, but as your form is nullified, that ego also disappears. Unless there is some form, the ego does not have any base. Without a form, there is no place for it. Now you have become formless as you were originally. There is nothing that can be tied to the formless, nor is there any way to bind it. The formless always remains free from bondage. It has no bondage. That is why it is called unattached, and egoless. Now, the meditation, the meditator, and the object of meditation are all gone. If the meditator is not in existence, who is there to be meditated upon? When one knows this, he has no karmic bondage.
Action is the activity of Illusion and it belongs to the individual, the jiva. It is the jiva's concern to think, "I will get benefit out of this action," or "I will get some auspicious things." Good and bad are all part of the Illusion. For a man of Self-Knowledge there is neither good nor bad. Who will do the work when no benefit is desired? Action is meant for getting some benefit. Who is the entity that receives the benefit? That which was the jiva has gone, and he has become Brahman. The customer has gone. The owner has remained. He is whole, total, complete. There is nothing wanting in him. As long as one is proud of one's actions, he must be considered to not be certain about the Self. He still has doubt. Knowledge with doubt is false. Since you are not certain that you are yourself God I have told you this. When all of the Illusion is basically false, what harm is there if there is a multitude of false things in it? When everything is false or untrue, where is the truth in it? And what is wrong in the Illusion, if the "I" is proved false? Both heaven and hell are false. It is all nothing but imagination.
Nothing can be equal to Self-conviction. When this Self-conviction is truly established, that is Paramatman. Self-conviction should not waver at all, it should be unmoved. That is the Almighty God. Unwavering conviction is God. By conviction, further conviction is developed, and finally tremendous power is achieved. Self-conviction should increase. If it is wavering it is of no use. While there is no steady Self-conviction a huge meteoric catastrophe is going on, which is our own imagination.
There must not be any intention to prove true, that which is not true. The conviction that you are the Self should be made stronger. The fall from the Self is the worst fall of all. It is necessary that you should have very strong conviction that you are the Self. A great Brahmin once said, "Until the Sun accepts my offering, he will not set." The story goes like this: It was evening. A Brahman who was well versed in the Vedas and was a great ascetic, was asleep. As it was evening and his wife tried to awaken him saying, "The sun is about to set, the right time of performing sandhya (prayers) will be missed." He said, "Let me sleep for some more time. The sun will not set so long as I do not get up." This was his actual experience. The body is but our shadow. You should not be proud of the body. That is why a man who has realized Brahman has not one iota of respect for rituals. All rituals are performed because of fear. Only those who are afraid perform various rituals. Loss is the father and the mother of fear. The fear is that one will suffer a loss. If one is having no fear why should he perform any actions? Fear is the reason for all actions.
One who is fearless has neither fear nor karma. The fearless man is beyond the body. He is formless. Karma is born out of doubt. Doubt is the seed of karma. To be doubtless means to be seedless. If roasted rice is sown, it does not grow. Similarly, karma does not give any gain or loss to one who is wise. When the Self is realized as formless and bodiless, God is known to be formless. Such a Realized One, is himself formless. Formless is his town and formless is his house. He is his own food and maintenance. Everything is the Self. This is the achievement of Reality that is imperishable.
Lester Levenson said "you're trying to express infinity through a tiny ego, and it hurts."
Yes it does hurt, it's extremely uncomfortable! And here's why.
Growing up, toddlers are taught object permanence, meaning that whether an object can be sensed or not, it has no impact on it's existence. Before learning this, for example, the toddler's parent may leave the room, and now the toddler is stressed out and crying because now the parent doesn't exist to them. For the toddler, the only things that exists are the items in the room. This is why object permanence is taught, so you can know that things still exist even if you can't sense them with the 5 senses.
See how the 5 senses limit you? Your ego looks around at its surroundings and assumes that it doesn't have whatever it wants, but does it even see the full picture? The ego is stressed out, depressed, angry, whatever negative emotion you can think of, and it becomes like the toddler all over again.
"I can't see it, it doesn't exist!"
How can the ego really know if it doesn't exist? It's view is limited to whatever is directly surrounding it, such as the TV or couch, or whatever is in the same room! When there's a whole world, a whole universe out there that it's unaware of.
When you place so much importance on "seeing things physically" you've identified with ego and not as the limitless, infinite consciousness who already has everything and already is everything! Whatever your ego is experiencing right now is so small and insignificant and is literally ONE possibility out of billions, trillions, an infinite amount.
Are you really going to stress out over 1 in a billion đ€
So essentially, I am not this body, I am the one who drives it. I am the consciousness/awareness. These thoughts, circumstances, and beliefs, are not my own. I am just the observer. This entire reality is my creation and there is no separation between what I imagine and this illusory, physical world. Everything is imagination and the only reason I am 'seeing' this reality over another right now is because I am placing my awareness on being of this reality and this ego, when in actual fact, I am nothing more than the observer of both. My awareness has become so attached to this particular body and ego that it no longer knows itself to be pure consciousness, but instead, only to be of this body and ego, which is NOT true at all. How can I be this body when I am also observing this body and the thoughts this body/ego has? To let go of this particular body/ego/reality, I simply need to detach, noticing that these thoughts are not mine, they are Maddie's - the ego, and I, am I Am.
I Am the dreamer dreaming this dream but at any stage I can change the dream and choose to become aware of a different dream. In order to do that, I need to detach from knowing myself to be Maddie, and instead recognise myself to be I.
From an observer point of view, it would make sense that I am the creator of everything. I am not in the body but instead the body is in me. Taking away the need to attain something instantly materialises it, particularly when we come to the realisation that everything IS, right now and that I AM everything. When I realise my true power as the creator, it makes sense that anything I imagine would materialise instantly - because there is no longer doubt, no ego to overcome, no second guessing, just pure awareness and knowledge of being I Am that I Am.

To the anon asking about money so much. The so called money can happen in whichever way you want.
If youre anything like "my" bundle of thoughts you're in the part of infinity that likes to keep a smooth narrative. I woke up one day and instead of being relatively broke my coinbase account had $278k and I also had like $1.2 million in my brokerage account, as well as $12k in my regular bank account. I still had my apparent regular job, house, context, just more money. I did write all this down one night and decided Id wake up with such. Tbh, it's a non event and I no longer experience a bundle of thoughts that needs SUCH a smooth apparent narrative. This is just an example for you. Money is actually boring now...but I feel you and yes it is possible to "dream up" money in whichever way you want. You don't do it with your thoughts though...it's all like this imprint "within" so go within and find that "imprint" that is your entire "dream" imprint = that, " "
Also, don't even think about it from the bottom - up, this is a top - down thing. Everything works it self out accordingly. Dont bother with what "others" will think, it'll all work itself out from the top to the bottom. "You" are at the top...the rest is just a dream.
Thank you for your insights and great explanation, anonđ«¶đ» I love the way you phrased things, itâs really refreshing :D the expression âbundle of thoughtsâ makes so much sense also itâs really cute somehow?
Hey sweet I was just wondering if you have any tips or tools other than affirmations to try and change beliefs because I struggle really bad with affirmations. No matter how hard I try to internalize them I always just feel like iâm âjust saying words to myselfâ and not actually changing my beliefs. If you had any tips to help Id really appreciate it so much. đđ«¶
Hey, I think it steems from the the idea that you are "changing your beliefs". You aren't saying affirmations to "change your beliefs". Instead, you're affirming to remind yourself of what you already have. Youâre imposing your new, chosen reality onto the present.
One reason many people struggle with this is because they don't have a past experience to anchor their belief, you know, a reference. It can be difficult to trust that you can always wake up in your chosen reality if it feels like it's never happened before or if you've tried and "failed."
If this resonates with you, I recommend practicing revision.
What is revision? Revision is the act of changing something in order to improve or correct it. When we're talking about shifting, the law of assumption, manifestation, or non-dualism, it's important to remember that time itself is malleable, since it is a part of reality.
The point of revising the past isnât just about altering events; the ultimate goal is to change your current self. Here's the thing: when you constantly look back at every âfailed attemptâ, whether thatâs in shifting, manifesting, or anything else, you reinforce a belief in your mind that you're going to fail because that's the relationship you've built with those experiences, and with shifting itself! (Let me guess, everytime you go and do a method the first thoughts in your head are "I hope I successed this time" or "I hope it works, last time it didn't", rigtht?)
So, revision is not only about correcting the past in your favour; itâs about rewriting your present self, which reflects in your current reality. By changing your past self and your experiences, you change your current mindset and expectations.
But.. how do you become someone who can always wake up in your chosen reality? Someone that can shift whenever and wherever they want? Hereâs how you can become a master shifter through revision:
1-Decide who you are and who you want to be. Are you someone who wants to be a master shifter? Do you want to wake up in your choosen reality (DR) every time? Shift with only intention? Decide who you were and, most importantly, who you are.
2-Become that person internally. Remember, the external world doesnât have the power to change you. Itâs your inner self that creates reality, not the other way around. Think of yourself as the foundation of a house: everything that happens, every shift, is built upon you. You are the origin of your experiences.
3-Rewrite your past experiences. From this moment forward, every time you remember a âfailed attempt,â you actually succeeded in shifting. Itâs easy to think, "I havenât shifted before, so it wonât happen now". But the truth is, every time you did a method, you opened your eyes, and you did actually shift. The times you thought you didnât shift were actually moments when you did. Itâs just that now, youâre going to apply the same energy and mindset to shift consciously, again and again.
4-Persist in your new reality. The most important part, this is your new truth. Reality works for you, not against you. The idea that you could âfailâ is ridiculous because it no longer matches who you are. What about all those times you actually shifted or manifested effortlessly? Exactly. Failure doesn't exist in your new reality because it doesn't align with your new self, it doesn't align with reality itself!
5-Check your dominant thoughts. Whether you realize it or not, youâre always persisting in certain beliefs and assumptions. Itâs the same way youâve been persisting in the old belief that shifting is difficult. Now, use that power to your advantage. Persist in your new belief: that shifting is easy, natural, and something youâre already capable of.
Since everybody is doing it... here I go.
This ask is gonna be long. I had no plans to share because it's so ridiculous to talk about successes in a dream when you recreate the dream every second and everything is a success. I'm not much on tumblr these days and only follow the backup.
Anyway, some backstory, there was an ask- I don't remember about what but maybe you can share it, in which Ada said "you feel yourself as you no matter what body you have on you" I sat with that a lot because one of my biggest goals since I joined the manifesting community was to change my appearance. I came to the conclusion that I am me and the body just happens to me, and that it doesn't have to be mine unless I claim it as mine. So that's what I did, changed my mind. The "manifestation" happened overnight and I had another body on me the next morning.
These were the kind of questions I had before doing it so I will answer what I think you may be wondering:
My family noticed no change, to them, I always looked like this and they treated me no differently.
Other people who weren't family but met after, of course only knew me as this body, and they treated me much different than how I was treated when I was in the other body. It made me realize how shallow people are, their perceptions of "me" changed completely.
With a change of body, I could say I also had a change of "brain" I remember how it was to be the other body in feeling, but this brain thinks and feels things in a more... detached way. I know I'm pretty and I don't have many thoughts about my appearance. To be honest, I felt a little bimbo-ish in the beginning because I wasn't used to being this... carefree in my thoughts. There's an ease now in the way I exist that wasn't there as the other body.
It's natural and normal to be this body and I act spontaneously in it like I've always been this body and know exactly how to behave as "this me".
I didn't recondition my brain or change my thinking I only changed my mind about who I was and let things happen. I remember Ada saying her manifestations happened, even back then with loa, when she "got ego out of the way".
My conclusions and advice:
It's not the same body, it feels entirely different on me.
This body you have now is recreated in your mind time and time again. To change it, you gotta stop imagining it's you.
You feel it when you've changed. You feel it in your body, in your heart, in your being.
Dare to think differently from before and ignore ego.
I don't know if Ada still checks tumblr but I'd like to thank her from the bottom of my heart. When she left, I sent her the most desperate email, I was completely crushed. I had a panic attack that night. She didn't respond and I realized I was on my own. I had no other choice but to try my best no matter the results. That was what she wanted, for us to be independent. There is no one and no thing that exists without you, act like it.
You guys are making my day.
Amazing explanations.
I think it should be this post
What would you say to someone who's new to nd\av and doesn't wanna read too much to overconsume and just literally get it to the point ?
The pointers I'd share are:-
This person you believe yourself to be, is an illusion. The mind, and the body are unreal and illusory.
Experience is only ever through Awareness, and that awareness is what you are.
There is no listener of sound, just the sound. There is no one seeing, only the sight. There is no one feeling, only the felt. And this sound, sight, and what's felt is all awareness. It's all YOU. So senses are another illusion, just like your body.
There is no past and future. Only the NOW. Because Awareness always is. It never was, and never will be.
It's always THAT(awareness) experiencing THAT(Awareness). THAT(awareness) is the experience.
Everything you see around you, is just you in different forms. Call it whatever you want, consciousness, awareness, THAT, " ".
What you are, cannot be put into words. It's inexplicable.
This is something you will only believe in and understand on surface level for as long as you keep seeking, the moment when it all becomes clear and evident is when you go within and question the nature of your reality and ponder on these pointers.
This realisation is experience based, so experience it directly, by going within. KNOW yourself.
There is nothing to do. Just be. And observe everything around you, notice THAT. Notice the presence behind it all, the awareness behind this play going on, realise it's all YOU.
I think that's all I'd like to share because these are the key pointers that helped me when I was starting a month ago.
If you wanna read some more in detail:-
The character doesn't exist.
There is no thinker of the thoughts.
Everything is an illusion.
That's just the basics but trust me, that's all you need. JUST BE and GO WITHIN. Ask yourself questions, observe and notice. Do not get too indulged with the illusion, instead be aware and present as you notice yourself just being aware of it all. Rest in that awareness.
I really hope this helps, but you still feel like it's not enough you can go through @infiniteko and @mysticsreblogs @penguinpeace (for the best reblogs of the posts).
I've been consuming shifting/loa/void info FOR SO LONG, hoping to finally find something that resonates with me. Never really liked shifting methods or the void (it just sounds like another complicated method) and I always kinda half assed them cause I didn't enjoy the process & they didn't really make sense to me. I got into loa & I liked the "imagination is your real reality, the outer world is just a mirror" but tbh I just never FULLY understood it, something still felt wrong about it. Then I found your blog, and holy shit everything just clicked, it made me reflect on all the information I read beforehand and gain a new perspective. It feels like everyone in this community is just way too focused on 'this reality' and my problem is the same too. Looking back on all of my previous attempts, they were all either focused on "forcing" the shift or on the process and how close I felt I was. I never truly put my awareness into my dr cause it was always on the process and my body/symptoms. Thank you S0 SO much for your posts. Now I know what to do and I'm finally ready to quit social media and stop putting importance on this reality.
Just a Lil note: I know I just said I'm gonna stop consuming but I was thinking about something you said "the mind doesn't even exist" very excited to see what you mean by that.
Hi! đ I'm sorry for replying so late, and I don't know if you'll ever see this response, but thank you anyway for taking the time to write me this ask. I'm so glad I was able to help you with my posts. It means a lot to me! I remember the days when I tried so hard to enter the void state. One time I laid still for 4 hours and nothing happened lol. I hated it, but I wanted a better life. Looking back on it now or reading some void posts here on tumblr always makes me cringe. I put so much effort into something that was effortless, but I didn't know any better at that time. Nothing you "see, feel, hear.." is what it seems, and that's the beauty of it. The only reason we are here is to enjoy life and do what we want. The self is only entertaining itself.
Now is the only time that will ever exist. Now you are pure awareness; you have never been anything else, but you identify with the mind that distinguishes between imagination and physical reality. Your mind says that physical reality is real and imagination is fake. There is no difference between the house you âseeâ in your imagination and the one you âseeâ with your eyes. Both are imaginary. You are only pure awareness that is aware of all of this. If there were no mind interpreting things, would there be a difference between your imagination and physical reality? Think about it. The mind only thinks, based on the senses, that one must be real and the other fake. You are not the senses - you are only aware of them. When you dream you are also aware of the senses. How can you hear, see and smell in your dreams? You are just aware of it as awareness.
But now comes the interesting part: So, if imagination and physical reality are both imaginary. How can the mind be real? You are also aware of the mind, which interprets these senses and everything that seems to be happening. The mind is just a form of the self, so it's not real and it's imaginary too.
Past and future are also just concepts (in the mind), nothing more. The past never happened; it is only what the mind interprets through âmemoriesâ. The âpastâ is always projected into the now because you are aware of it. When you become aware of another past, it must be your experience in the now. Time is an illusion, completely man-made. You have to let go of everything you ever believed. None of it is real, only you are as pure awareness. đ
Our âlifeâ is basically like a dream, and you have to become lucid. There is no difference between the dreams we have at night and the life we lead during the day. Everything is imaginary. Everything is self. That's why it's also called âspiritual awakeningâ. You wake up from this mortal life. It was never real in the first place.
IMAGINATION IS NOT THE TRUE REALITY. AWARENESS IS THE ONLY TRUE REALITY.
Awareness is the foundation of everything. The source of everything you experience. Everything you are aware of is just a form of your consciousness. Everything is one. Everything is YOU! :-)
You must remain constantly in that awakeness. The individual was harassed by sorrow and he awoke, and met Himself. He who has realized Himself in this way, became God. Such a one is the "Incarnation of God." Only He is victorious in this world. Only the one who is fully convinced that He is the Self becomes and remains victorious.
<also response to the question "What happens if we die non-realised?">
King Bharat said, "The whole Earth is mine, but when I die, I will belong to the Earth." This means that because of attachments, one again becomes bound. It is therefore better to surrender everything from the beginning. The object before the mind at the time of death decides what will be the nature of next birth. The desire directs the next progression after death. Therefore do not get involved in the world, because as soon as you deviate from your own Being, you will fall into the trap. Donât forget your true Self. Your own body is sure to fall one day so why fear its death even today? One who is free from the slavery of the world is the real Saint. Recognize that the entire world is perishable. Let it perish today instead of tomorrow! Donât care for it! Donât bother about this world of the five elements. Only if you live like this, will all of the eight Siddhis be pleased with you.
The nature of the powers of your Being is eight-fold:
(1) The Power to become minute like an atom,
(2) Power to become huge,
(3) Power to be very light in weight,
(4) Power to get whatever is desired,
(5) Power to have control upon animate and inanimate things,
(6) Power to wield tremendous strength,
(7) Power to enjoy any pleasure of the senses as wished,
(8) Power to make anybody do as you wish.
Your life as it is, is very petty. However, if you remain in unity with your Self, you will get everything as soon as the will arises in the mind. Those who do not deviate from their Being are "My True Devotees." Therefore, remain so, with all of your mind, body, and speech.
