This may be a stretch but what if the “chainsaw man” at the end is Yoshida. There are octopus that are able to camouflage/transform and the way he was holding Yuko is just like how Yoshida was holding Denji last chapter. He also had many reasons to kill Yuko and protect Denji’s identity/safety.
