I have a soft spot for horror characters that in reality are childrens

I finally checked out Undertale Yellow and it's so good! The music and the animation and the characters and I just can't! As a result, I wanted to take a crack at redesigning the humans!

Design Notes Below!

Before going in, I knew I wanted to make the characters that get confused for each other in their respective games (Frisk and Chara, Clover and the blue souled human) look like each other to some extent. I also wanted Chara and Clove to be a little reminiscent of each other since they both have a shared relationship in Flowey.

Similarities:

Frisk and Chara have a similar silhouette, red in their color palettes, and the same shade of brown for their hair.

Chara and Clover both yellow/gold in their color pallet as well as the same 2 shades of brown

Clover and the blue souled human have the same hair color and blue in their color palettes. If the blue souled human were to let their hair down, it would be about the same length as Clover's

Individual Designs:

Frisk: The only thing I really changed about Frisk's design was their color palette. I wanted there to be more red to bring in their soul color. I also wanted their hair to resemble the Delta Rune's wings.

Chara: By far, Chara's changed the most. I wanted them to look more like a member of the royal family, so I switched the sweater for a tunic and the undershirt they're sometimes depicted with a white undershirt. Their locket is replaced with the red bow/ brooch thing because it fit the fantasy aesthetic more. Like Frisk, their hair resembles the Delta Rune, although more strongly.

Clover: Almost nothing changed about Clover. I rolled up their sleeves and switched out the brown button up for a white and blue stripped out in order to give them some stripes. Because the pattern was so busy up top, I gave them a blank yellow bandana and switched the polka dots to a patch in their pants.

The Blue Souled Human: The biggest things I wanted to do with this design was 1. Keep the silhouette they had in Undertale Yellow and 2. Give them a reason for being in a tutu and ballet shoes. It's winter up top and they're a sugar plum fairy in The Nutcracker. Because of this, I added some purple and white to this design and gave them a sweater that is their soul color.

Kris: I wanted Kris to look kind of miserable to juxtapose with their Dark World self. Their wing like hair (which originally looks a lot more like Frisk's) is drooping and dark and their color palette is monochromatic except for the jacket, which as Asriel's.

The Vessel is a blank slate, glitching kind of character wearing a hospital gown. Their hair is wispy, unformed.

Toy name Luccy piccy

Age: She was 8 when they turned her into the bigger body

Role: Security

Personality: when Luccy is in a break she can be silly, sometimes she go to the playcare to visit to the orphans but when she is back at work she is silent and fast with the person she need to Taken down, like how all the toys she hates the scientist and she was of the toys that agree fast with the plan

Backstory: Val was 5 when they took her to playtime.co bacuse a car accident that caused her parents to die, when she was Taken to playcare she was friendly with the others kids and often she like the silence and that it's one of the reasons she can make Friends with quiet people( a example is Theo), She was good in the school, she loved Maths and biology.

In the games station she Made a few mistakes but in the end a good record so of course the adults think She can be a bigger body, in her 8 birthay she was transformed in Luccy piccy or experiment 1175, She was Made for the counselor office but later for her extra limbs she was part of Security, anyways she don't like the first work

Extra info:- close Friends with the aantagonist(Huggy, Mll, Catnap ect)

-Unlike Huggy she want to talk but when she is in work don't

Weaknees: Identity issues, She can be mad at herself when something go wrong

Strenght: Thanks to her Velcros she can climb ceilings and walls

After seeing the results for this post, People can now officially submit their own OCs for this AU with a few rules!

I should also Add that OCs can interact with the blog or you can make your own “side quest” Comics with ur OCs in them!

You can submit the OC through DMs, Reblogs, or Asks

OCs must have a design attached to them.(if you can’t draw them then you can describe the design to me and I’ll try to draw it myself, as long as it’s not too much)

OCs have to have a role for the AU, whether they’re security or a caretaker, it has to be clarified.

No making OCs too OP with no flaws.

If it’s an experiment, it would be nice to have their human name attached to the design.

Go wild with any OC ideas you have! More rules will be added for the more OCs that are submitted.

ADULT/SCIENTISTS OC RULES

They don’t have to have a toy form/reference sheet but if they’re going to reside in playtime co then they must be an experiment.

Make sure the OC actually makes sense please, if there’s something that doesn’t fit along with the lore or is just too confusing for me, there’s a high chance the OC won’t be accepted.

All adult OCs can interact with any other adult OCs, but when interacting with the orphans, expect a harsh response from them, especially if they’re a scientist/former worker

Would prefer if they had a full human name whether they’re an experiment or human

ORPHAN OC RULES

All Orphans must have a name and age submitted with them, and preferably some art.
