Thought daughters after finding out their thoughts do shape reality:
Hey Mason, what's your favorite method? 🙂
Hi! I don't really use methods, but I shift on command with something that has been named the ''zooming in'' method after I explained how it works for me!
I'll include a description I wrote for it a while ago for anyone who wants to give it a try :)
The method itself is extremely simple, and it can be used in basically any state; fully awake, before sleep or when just waking up, I reckon a lucid dream would work too! It should take around a few seconds, but it could be up to a few minutes to shift this way. Keep in mind to not overdo yourself, and take a break if you don't succeed after more than a few minutes, just try again later.
For the method you are going to close your eyes, and imagine the place you're shifting to. You DO NOT have to visualise!! but you can if you think it would help you. Imagine the place you're shifting to in front of you, as if you're looking directly at it, but from a zoomed out view. Personally I cannot visualise, so this is all based on feeling, not on actually seeing anything! For me it helps to imagine the energy of that place. And moreso 'remembering' it. Then all you do is zoom in, imagine said place rushing towards you, it's getting closer to you until you merge with it, and in the same thought your current surroundings get kind of pushed back or are ignored.
That's literally all there is to it! If I don't shift, I often notice myself feeling very dizzy and disoriented for a little bit, and for me it's the easiest way to just quickly get out of any place I'm at. Another way of describing it would for it to be like teleporting (although I don't think any of you here knows what it feels like). It's like you feel a bit of a rush, like you travelled for the slightest second, and then you're somewhere else.
It's the best way I can describe how I shift, and it works well for me. Other people have also had success with it based on comments I have received, but it's in no way the key to shifting. Remember that you can shift any way, anytime, anywhere. You can change or adjust anything you want, always💚
If I was Shanks and I had given a kid a straw hat and years later learned that it meant so much to him he made it his mark I'd literally never stop crying
hi. hope ur good. everytime i see something tom riddle related i think of you 😣
hi.!!!!! hello. you’ve made my day with this 💓💓😭 hope you’re good as well! i’m honored honestly. can’t believe my obsession with the guy is a part of my digital footprint now ..
in another reality my tongue is halfway down his throat but yeah show me another complex way to divide numbers
Shifting has made me realize how much I really want to live. I actually want to do so much. I want to know worlds and instruments and languages and people and careers. I want to experience everything over and over and over again
And after all, it's really possible
shifting is not hard. you're making it seem that way.
i used to struggle with this so much. like, i knew the law of assumption. i knew that shifting and manifesting were the same thing. i knew that reality is just my assumptions reflected back to me.
but for some reason, every time i tried to just decide i was in my DR, it felt... different.
i could easily say, "i have blue eyes," and it felt normal, even if my eyes were brown. but the second i tried to say, "i'm in my DR," my brain would go: "hmm... but are you really?" and suddenly, i'd be analyzing everything, waiting for proof, wondering if i was doing it right.
and that's where i messed up.
i thought shifting was bigger than other manifestations. i thought it was different. but the truth? there is no such thing as a "big" or "small" manifestation. that's literally just a label. it's an assumption.
if i assume it's "harder" to shift than to change my eye color, then guess what? that assumption becomes my reality. but if i assume they're both the same, just decisions, then shifting becomes just as easy as saying, "i have blue eyes."
the second i decided i was in my DR, i'd immediately start checking, even subconsciously.
do i feel different?
did something change?
am i there yet?
and by doing that, i was literally affirming that i wasn't there. because if i truly believed i was in my DR, why would i be checking?
like, when i wake up in the morning, i don't sit there and check if i'm still in my reality. i don't look around thinking, "is this my bed? is this my house?" i just assume it is. and because i assume it, that's what i experience.
that's exactly how shifting works.
at some point, i realized i was overcomplicating everything. i was acting like shifting was some grand process, when in reality, it's literally just deciding. and once i decide, that's it. i don't need to do anything else.
when i say, "i have blue eyes," i don't sit there waiting for them to change. it just accept it as true.
when i say, "i am already in my DR," i should do the exact same thing. just accept it and move on.
no forcing. no waiting. no "trying." just knowing.
shifting is not this rare, complicated thing.
it's not "bigger" than any other manifestation. it's not something you have to work toward. it's just a decision. and the only reason it feels different is because you assume it is.
so i stopped treating it like a big deal. i stopped looking for proof. i stopped acting like it was something separate from normal manifesting. and the moment i did that? everything clicked.
stop checking if it's working.
stop waiting for proof and validation.
stop placing shifting on a pedestal.
just decide. accept. move on.
you're already there. that's it. no doubts, no second-guessing. just be.

💓💗💓💗💓💗💓💓💓💓💗💓💗💓💗 my maaaaaaaaaaannnnnn
(that isn't just crocheting and reading)
play an instrument (harp, violin, piano, guitar or even more traditional instruments like zither (and so much more))
ceramics/pottery/air clay (ceramics is my personal favorite because you can make jewelry out of it)
scrapbooking/junk journal (i love junk journal because it's much more laid back/doesn't require much effort or even buying material, everywhere you visit, just take smth free like a business card or sticker and add)
edit your own magazine (my dream)
collect something (watches, jewelry, figurines, POST STAMPS, perfume, trinkets, magazines, lamps, posters, comic books, etc)
collect insects (it's a little unethical to kill a large amount of insect species that are a significant part of the environment purely for display so i think keeping a picture of them or finding and freezing already dead bugs are the better alternatives)
sports (fencing, ice skating, badminton, football, baseball, rock climbing, tennis, archery, snowboarding etc)
martial arts (ju jitsu, taekwondo, karate, wushu, judo, tai chi, muay thai, hapkido etc)
pool table (idk it's fun)
volunteering (animal shelters, soup kitchens etc)
herbalism (live out your witch in a cottage dream)
making jewelry (this can also be profitable)
researching/learning (choose smth you're interested in like entomology and learn about it)
wannabe journalism (basically writing, choose a topic like an art movement and write a mildly bad but enjoyable article about it)
make mockumentaries (time consuming but so cool)
flower pressing (so cute i love it)
sewing (it's fun and useful)
sketching as a form of photography (sketch any place you visit in real time as memorabilia, like a river with ducks floating or people walking past a tourist attraction)
traveling (visit cool hotels or airbnbs (like a private cabin on a ski resort or a large treehouse)) visit animal cafes, maybe also travel vlogging)
recycling your old stuff (making paper from used work sheets, make a new outfit/whatever you want out of old clothes you've grown out of)
will come back to edit if i find more, feel free (pls) add more ideas if you have any<3
I need to just be silly and dancing with my man in my dr, not studying for exams in this reality. That's all I want
