Known so far:

The crew was tasked to collect more of the mineral known as “Vesparis” a blue crystal that can give energy to an entire planet by only using a crystal the size of a pea.

The collecting of “Vesparis” was done at a Planet known as “Cessandris”, close to our galaxy known as the Metroway.

But due to faulty conditions of the ship they landed on a unknown planet, now described to be a planet of- “BLUE PURPLE PLANET WHOSE CLOUDS WHICH ARE AS RED AS BLOOD.”

They were stuck in this planet for 8.286 weeks and during this time ASO has sent out multiple searcher ships to look for the lost crew.

The Ardonis Space Organization barely picked up much of Captain Taylin’s space logs due to how isolated this planet was from any space organization ruled planet. Only three were recovered.

The Final Log before the ASO found out it was too late for five of “CRUMBLEWAY”’s crew to be rescued.

Star Commander, Lee Jupiter Taylin has commanded that a small team now known as “Team Rogue” would research, study and investigate what happened to the crew of “CRUMBLEWAY” and see if the lost crew are still alive and can be able to return back home and found dead crew members and return them back home to get a proper burial.

Most notably, to find out who or what has done this.

Much is too be done. As of right now, “Team Rogue” is starting recover more of Captain Taylin’s space logs, two more are almost complete and the creature heard during space log, 058 is being researched.

The Planet known simply as “Rogue” is yet to be discovered but when it does, Star Commanders, Soleil Edna Hatton, Mark Zeke Bondnavist, Hayden Fitzroy Sutherland and Lee Jupiter Taylin gave the command to recover what was lost and to kill whatever has done this.

To think…to think I loved you.

I miss those optics that looked into my own.

I miss the way you put an arm around me.

I felt so warm.

I miss how your laugh could light up a room.

I miss how tired you were and how you would nestle into me.

I miss having you beneath me.

But yet I can’t.

As a prime I can’t let my emotions & past effect me and my autobots.

But when I look into those optics and see your face.

I wish to see your smile.

I wish to see that passion you showed me that night.

I wish I could hold you.

I remember when my child was young they would say “Some day father, I will see the world!” I always told them they would if their heart so desired and if they had the drive, they really could.

What I couldn’t bare was my child leaving. I begged them to stay, that it wasn’t their fight. They said to me they were but eighteen-

“Some day father, I will return and when I do I would’ve seen the world…someday father, I will come back to you.”

They got on Buttercup, their favourite mare…and rode off with their solider friend to fight the monster that started this unholy war.

I cried like I have never cried before then..I waited. I hoped each day since then that my child would return, I dressed my best clothes and worked like I haven’t worked before to make the farm spotless for them to come home…

It was three years. Three years since I’ve seen them. No word on from their end but from what I heard it’s very much the same for many others…I hoped my child wasn’t killed…I prayed I wouldn’t loose another. I just wanted something, anything.

I didn’t receive word until a letter came.

The letter said that the war with the king was over…he was proclaimed dead. The war was done and my child would finally return home in three days time.

So I prepared, I made up their room, a room I haven’t stepped in for at least a year. I washed everything down, I prepared everything I can on the farm of animals and apple trees and on the final day…made my child apple pie.

Then…over the horizon of my farm where the sun peaked over each morning…I saw a dark knight ride on a nightmarish horse at the crack of dawn.

The armour the knight wore was dark as night that shimmered purple everytime they moved, the horse they rode was nothing I have never seen, a horse from hell with red bleeding eyes and a mane that was of hell fire.

The knight rode until they stopped in front of me and spoke with a deep voice…

“Branton Noor? Farmer of Evrin Acres?”

“Y-Yes?…That is me.”

The figure jumped off their horse and towered over me, they were as tall or even more tall as my solider child…

Their helmet hid their face. They said no words until they finally spoke with power-

“Branton Noor, I am Cosima, the son of Queen Ofara and Royal Ezlis Noor. I am your grandson here to bring you back to the Netherworld where the rulers await you…at your new home.”

My eyes popped out of my sockets in that moment. All I could muster to say to the tall figure was-

“Apple pie? …You must be tired…come on in, we can talk more inside.”

I waddle to my house and see in the corner of my eye that the knight follows closely behind me…

Oh my goodness…what just happened? Is this real? Am I hallucinating? One moment I was waiting word that they have died or worse…became another person but this? I HAVE A GRANDSON AND DAUGHTER-IN-LAW?!

This…This was definitely not what I expected.

Your son/daughter has been gone for 3 years, fighting the campaign against the demon king as the head of the royal knights. You a humble farmer now have received a letter that the war has ended and now they are coming back to visit you.

“So…what do you do on your spare time?”

“I summon the great eldritch beings of Ramusthæ so they heed my beck and call.”

“Cool! I just play a lot of games on my switch, are you familiar with THE Super Mario?”

“HEY! Hey! Come sit with me at lunch!?”

“…sure?”

“Hey! Want do you have for lunch?”

“Tuna sandwich, my mother packed it for me.”

“Oh that’s cool! I wish my mom packed my lunch, she says I have to be a BIG BOY now or whatever- HOLY MOTHER OF CHEEZITS IT HAS EYES-“

“The tuna back home comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes…I shall show you my favourite sometime.”

“Awww that would be awesome!”

“Why do you spell with symbols? I noticed that at lunch you were writing in some kind of code…is that code?”

“Ah ha, no. I mastered most languages including English, Spanish, Latin and Eldritch but I can’t seem to wrap my head around spelling English, so I’m just writing in what I’m most comfortable in.”

“OOOOH THATS COOL! I can help you with the English! I’m pretty good at English and stuff so I can teach you what I can!”

Random Overwatch Writing Idea.

I love the idea of if Gerard survived the encounter with WidowMaker that Gerard would do anything to take down not just Talon but also WidowMaker without thinking of the implications that holds.

He just wants revenge at Talon & destroying their weapon WidowMaker and avenging his wife Amélie would bring him peace…or at least he thinks it would.

(Basically he separated WidowMaker from Amélie) He tries not to put too much thought into it, all he does is try focus on the mission and that anger.

If you want a comparison, he’s more akin to OW1 WidowMaker with no feeling replaced with just anger & resentment.

I also imagine that if WidowMaker (Overwatch 2 specially) ever saw Gerard again she would be floored. Flabbergasted and honestly show that side of emotion again.

Compared to OW1 she is showing more emotion…more anger at Talon and when it comes to Gerard. A lot. (Example when she’s all sassy to Solider 76 when telling him that Gérard preferred roses to lilies)

So I imagine this confused WidowMaker hiding her new found emotion to Talon so she doesn’t go through that trauma again and finding out Amélie isn’t totally dead…then encountering a angry supposed to be dead French man bashing through a window and throwing a dagger at her.

I imagine those interactions in game being damn interesting.

Here’s some ideas of how that would go-

“WidowMaker.”

“Gérard.”

“Still angry at the fact I threw that dagger at you?”

“Yes.”

“Very well.

“You’re alive…”

“What about it?”

“I killed you.”

She sounds pissed off here in both of her statements.

“Oh pff, You’re just mad that the whole reason that your the way that you are is now a lie. Don’t worry SpiderBuilder…you are still a killer.”

//Laughs at seemingly nothing when in reality it’s a certain someone making her laugh//

“Well that’s not disturbing…”

“What? You used to love my laugh~”

“That was before you murdered me in my sleep.”

//hums a soft melody//

“I remember liking your singing voice…why not sing a little song before we go into battle.”

“No can do. My voice is sore.”

A WidowMaker eye roll can be heard.

“From what exactly?”

“…Screaming.”

“Next time when you shoot, can you not shoot near me?”

“Maybe try not heading in with no plan first.”

“You have to get the job done right away. You made that very clear.”

“And I will make it very clear. Again.”

“//Laughs// Remember that time you got super happy hitting that target at the fair?”

“What? Are you gonna tell me that I was a terrible shot and you would do better?”

She stays very silent a moment. As though in thought or even hurt at that comment.

“Stop standing so close to me, woman!”

“Must you start every fight when we’re near each other?”

Was There Once Life On Mars?  Our Perseverance Rover Aims to Find Out

Our Perseverance mission is set to launch on Thursday, July 30 and could help answer many longstanding astrobiology questions about Mars. The mission will deliver our Perseverance rover to the Martian surface, and this powerful rover is equipped with a multitude of tools to study the planet’s environment and to answer questions about whether or not the Red Planet could have had life in the past.

In preparation for launch, our Astrobiology Program is releasing a new update to Issue #2 of the graphic history series, Astrobiology: The Story of our Search for Life in the Universe. This new, fourth edition tells the tale of our exploration of Mars in relation to astrobiology.

The history of our exploration of Mars is full of struggle and triumph. Mars is a dangerous and difficult planet to visit, with frigid temperatures, damaging dust storms, low gravity, and a thin atmosphere. Despite the challenges, NASA missions have opened our eyes to a world that was much more Earth-like in its past, with environments that contained all the necessary conditions for life as we know it.

Issue #2 tells the complete history of our endeavours on Mars, from the Mariner missions to Viking and Pathfinder to Curiosity. In this fourth edition, you’ll find  details on the Perseverance rover and its journey to search for ancient signs and signatures of life that could once and for all tell us whether or not life gained a foothold on the ancient Red Planet.

Perseverance will also drill into Martian rocks and collect samples that will one day be returned to Earth by a future Mars Sample Return mission. The samples will be stored in special containers and carefully ‘cached’ in a location on Mars where they will be easily accessible for retrieval. These samples will allow astrobiologists to perform detailed experiments that robots are not yet able to undertake remotely.
