I kinda felt bad for going on a unhinged rant about the awful s.m entertainment stylists and how they should be barred from doing anyone's hair. Also what I said about their untrained untalented stylists and that baddies and bad girls club had better hairstylists than them. I hate being rude, but if it made them reconsider to be clear I honestly don't care. Man I hope that man never is able to touch anyone's scalp ever again. I actually have a collection of the various scalp burns I've seen on about half a dozen kpop idols. I was this close with filing a report but I don't even know how that would work. But honestly I will say this, social media is observed by teams of people constantly to see how people are feeling about certain things. Apparently they do observe and see what people are loving and hating. I never wanted to spread negativity to those unqualified people and some of my tweets went a little to far and for that I am sorry. But at the same time there are hundreds of very good qualified stylists who take EXTREMELY good care of people edges, scalps and hair. Why not hire them. Especially if it's affordable. No one should have bald spots or scalp burns due to someone's lack of know how.

I've even seen him have bleach almost on people's ears, that can lead to burns. I'm sorry but if my family taught me anything sometimes you HAVE to open your mouth and say something when something wrong is happening. You have to, wrong is wrong even if the person is well beloved and famous. Even if the particular stylists wasn't working on his hair at least they are trying to find qualified people it's a start.

I miss super m because all there personalities clashed in the best way, there was tension, drama, suspense, they all triggered eachother constantly it was beautiful. 

I literally don’t even care that everyone hated it. It reminded me of one d because at least in america and the west they were allowed to clash and not think of how fans would take what they said. They could be a bit more rough around the edges and bicker. Honestly I didn’t wasn’t even aware of them for like the first year I was kinda late but I was able to watch there first year content without the feeling of second hand embarrassment cause it was all over. But I was surprised it wasn’t that bad and I wish they would of done more promo in america but the timing was off. 

From what I can tell at least Kai got to finally dance at full capacity and actually had people to compete against. I want to make a large post because I think a lotta people actually didn’t pay attention to how much interesting stuff occured in super m. Unlike with exo and nct the members didn’t have to worry about longterm fans. All super m fans were basically solo fans and they weren’t necessarily there for shipping or who they think the members were but moreso because they wanted something new. Their favorite artists able to stretch their wings and be less of a team and more individuals who happened to be in a group.

It reminded me more of how old jpop groups were, more boyish and brash and rough around the edges. A bigger focus on platonic male bonding rather than hardcore serious storyline shipping. It was so beautiful. 

But I have so many thoughts on super m. I feel like if I keep talking about them enough the universe will finally give me that netflix docu about them I’ve been waiting for. I think they have potential, at least for a few albums and then a good world tour. Honestly I’d like if some of the members retired with super m rather than their own groups which tbh couldn’t handle any big comebacks or worldtours. 

I already know the new sm boygroup is just to introduce probably one or two artists who will eventually be put into the new version of super m to replace lucas and probably baekyun because I doubt they’ll let him be leader after he sued. 

I may check out the new nct docu but idk like disney plus wtf, sounds right up sm’s alley but I didn’t think 3.0 sm was going kid friendly but it is more marketable and they’ve been courting disney for years.

the difference in interactions when a group is active is like so... Because like on record he was the closest to mark but their personalities don't match. Onscreen he was mark's bugaboo but like as soon as the jig was up it was like they act like 3rd cousin /step siblings. With Lucas he actually wrestled him, which he's never done before with a group member so that's like the most normal male bond he's had. Eggso is like obsessed with the skinship fanservice to the point I don't even know how fans react anymore. They just keep pushing the boundaries. He was trained in that 2nd 3rd gen style of fanservice inspired by Japanese fanservice which is extreme. For me it's like a psychological phenomenon to observe. But it's always the lack of emotion for me. Studying american celebs and how they are in relationship makes it so obvious to see kdolls have BOUNDARIES heavy ones, there's things from debut to retirement they won't do. They might grind and have fun but there's limits. It's different for each person. Sadly people only analyze for what they wanna see. pout pout.

It was just so funny how in kai's mind him and taemin were gonna be the one's who stuck together in the group and taemin was like nope and started mingling with new people. Then he tried to cling to baekyun and he was busy being the leader. Ten may have intimidated him a bit because he's very out there and free. I caught mark scolding him multiple times and telling him to get off his phone. Hilarity. So then he realized Taeyong was an option and ..wah there's so many things. All fluff aside I think they may have boxed it out a few times and I think sm should release that footage

As a gay man, I have to say I’m very offended with the infantilization of queer people and queer stories in the IWTV fandom, bc it looks like we only matter to you when it’s cute, sexy and funny and that it’s bullshit, Interview with the Vampire iT’S A HORROR SHOW with bad people doing bad things, and that it’s GREAT, we need more shows like this, that treats us with the same complexity as any other show with straight characters. WE CAN BE COMPLEX, MESSY AND VIOLENT just like any other person.

People, especially cis het white women, need to STOP fetichizing queer men, WE ARE NOT YOUR BABYGIRL. we are complex people. Ep. 5 was great, it was hard to watch? yes, but that it’s great television, give them an Emmy, you honor, THE ACTING, THE WRITING was amazing.
