As you walked into the audition room, you hummed a tune in your head. The lyrics consisted of “Stay in the middle, like you a little, don’t want no riddle”, but you couldn’t quite remember the song title. You shrugged off the feeling and got on stage, looking at your future band members.

“Hello! We’re so glad you could make it to see the five of us!” Said the girl with distinct eyebrows. Something confused you about what she said.

“5? But there’s only four of you here? Is the other member okay?”

“Oh, silly me. I almost forgot! Could you take out your iPhone for me?” You were confused but complied.

“Hey Siri!” Your Siri began lighting up, but it wasn’t the same voice as usual; she was Australian.

“Hello there, I'm Hanni! I’m excited to hear you audition!” Your missing member is... Siri? Spooked by this random event, you dropped your phone.

You hear an ouch come from your phone—actually, from everyone's phone. The whole room began to gasp. You hurt their band member. The ambulance was called, and your iPhone got put on a tiny stretcher. You were sent an Apple Tech bill in the mail two weeks later. And got arrested for assault.

And you're phone-less now.
