Why must this be so relatable though?

i am only going to say this once:

I. AM. SOFT. I. WANT. A. GIRLFRIEND.

I want to live with her. I want for her to come home from taking pictures and videos of snails and frogs and stuff to the bread I made from scratch for her and she eats it while she shows me pictures of what she found and ultimately named before leaving. I want to have a garden with her with flowers and herbs and vegetables and maybe a lemon tree. I want to run my fingers through her hair while she falls asleep on my chest as I read a book to her. I want to make her tea and toast for breakfast and pasta for supper and I want her to crash my class every now and then and just smile at me from the back of the room. I want to get her a russian blue cat that she names either Chandler or Soapbox. I want to hold her and carry her and marry her and love her and goddammit I will give myself over to her with every fucking cell of my being for the privilege of taking care of her. just,,, fuck i’m soft and i found this girl on tiktok and i watched this one video of hers over and over and i eventually saved it because her being excited makes me so unreasonably happy i couldn’t stop smiling and all i want is to help someone be that kind of soft bouncy happy

Ah, thank you for replying to my reply! (That sounds a bit silly, sorry.) I was actually afraid that you wouldn’t like my comment but I’m glad that you agree with me. :-)

Now about their relationship, I do agree with you that Sam actually loved Ponk. But judging by their current relationship, I don’t really believe that Sam still sees Ponk as his love interest. I’m sure you knew this but after the arm incident, Sapnap decided to steal the broken keycards, which he did. And Sam knew about this, but he didn’t put Sapnap in a tiny room with lavas and poisonous arrows nor did he cut off his arm. He simply let him got away with it on purpose. Yes, I knew Sapnap despise Dream and would never break him out, but so does Ponk. Yet Sam still tortured him. I like to think that Sam was Irritated by Ponk’s presence and how he keeps complaining that Sam was never with him most of the time. And so that, Sam told Ponk that he wasn’t allowed to steal his keycards (despite them being broken) just to make an excuse to torture Ponk. But other than that I do also digress with your theory that Sam still loves Ponk but just doesn’t know how to express it like he used to. And it is quite depressing how these two keep hurting each other over and over again. ( Though Ponk taking Sam 2nd life was very much deserved. ) Also I actually have read the fan fiction before. And the story was really great too! (Despite almost half of the conversation was from the stream) It’s just that I didn’t understand some parts of it, especially the cold ones. But you have my whole respect since writing stories is hard and that you wrote this for 2 whole months. @creationofacentury
