I need help finding a Xingyun fic. I last read it in November 2023. The basic premise (what I remember) is that a clan invaded and took over Liyue. Xingqiu (as with apparently many other "upper class" Liyuens) was taken as a hostage. Then for some gross reason, was taken a concubine (🤢) by either the main bad guy or his brother. As someone who is a firm believer in the Venti Istaroth son/mother sort of dynamic, I feel like Istaroth has a childish side. Most of the stuff I see about her makes her seem like this super serious and powerful individual, and while I do believe she has that side, I also think she would also be kinda goofy. I frankly think she would be a bit like Zhongli in that she seems pretty serious on the outside but is actually a big goofball. Anyway, I'm just saying we need more silly Istaroth content.
