I can see what op is getting at but I'm sorry this is just this guy *not knowing words.*

all that happened was that during character customisation he saw "sex". a facet of bodily construction. and went "clearly this is about the concept of an action" I don't know if he thought it'd make his character "sexier" or have more options to have sex throughout the game, but it has no connection to the way we differentiate gender/sex (especially in the "last 15 years"). it's actually backwards from that. his concept of it is "sex + gender = same thing"

I apologise if I have interpreted OPs post as a positive statement rather than a possibility intended *negative*

but regardless, please don't call this a good thing, guys. it's not.

The way this is low-key a good example of the language around gender changing in the last 15 yrs lol
