For Baker!Reader, I'm Just Imagining Tim Hiding The Fact He Found Where Y/N Was.

For baker!Reader, I'm just imagining Tim hiding the fact he found where Y/N was.

Erasing all evidence that he found Reader. Making sure Barbara can't see that he found them and purposely makes sure the recognition software doesn't pick up Y/N. But he still watches. Still searches. Even starts planning on going to Europe and 'end up' in Paris.

Only for one of the other's to grow suspicious and take Tim's back up phone he's suddenly using more frequently. Revealing that Tim damn well knew where their missing sibling ran off to. Tim is dragged off his bed and through the halls, probably by Dick. Dick screaming and hollering "How could you not tell us!" and "We're all so worried and you're keeping secrets?!?!"

Only for Tim to start shouting back about how none of them deserved the Reader. How he didn't deserve them, either. How it'd be unfair to drag them back and ruin their life. Again!

"Y/N is happy! They're happy- and it's because we're not in their life anymore! We'll ruin them if we drag them back! I knew you'd over react! And I knew you'd want to make a mad dash over and tear apart everything they built for themselves, not even caring if it hurts Y/N!!! You're too focused on your guilt that you still don't see them as a person! Just a way to force things to go back to how they were. Because you think Y/N will be happy to do so if you just pay attention this time! That's not how people react- nor is it how they think!"

Tim being the only Yandere there that's aware that dragging the Reader back could make it easy to hate the Bat Family. Mind you, he's still planning on how to bring the Reader back; just trying to get it to be of their own free will. Or, at least, with the understanding that things have changed on a larger scale and it's less to do with guilt (only for Tim at the moment) and more to do with how he actually wants to get to know his sibling now.

Tim’s Secret, and the Night Everything Fell Apart

The Batcave was dark, silent except for the rhythmic clicking of keys. Screens flickered low blue light over Tim’s face, eyes red from too many sleepless nights, too many tabs open.

And in the corner of the screen—minimized, encrypted, and hidden behind five layers of false protocols—was a livestream of a quaint little Parisian bakery.

You stood behind the counter, apron dusted with flour, cheeks flushed from the heat of the ovens. Smiling. Talking to customers. Alive. Happy.

Tim watched you every night.

He’d found you six months ago. A lucky glimpse on a tourist’s Instagram, face nearly turned from the camera. The bakery’s name blurred in the background. But he had known it was you.

His fingers had trembled on the keyboard that night.

He’d disabled every facial recognition alert. Set up firewalls Barbara wouldn’t notice. Even rerouted signals so no GPS pings would appear. He had a second phone now. One that only ever showed you.

He hadn’t told anyone. Not Bruce. Not Dick. Not even Alfred.

They didn’t deserve it.

But Tim still watched.

He knew your morning routine. The way you'd open the shop with headphones in, humming along to music. The way you’d place tiny chocolate hearts on your cakes—like the ones you used to make back at the Manor, the ones they never appreciated.

And he planned. He planned carefully. If he ever ran into you, it would be accidental. Casual. Maybe at a café across the street. Maybe he'd ask for a menu, pretending not to know who you were.

Maybe you'd talk. Maybe you'd smile at him again. Maybe you’d forgive him.

But his plan shattered the moment Dick burst into his room.

“WHERE IS SHE?!”

Tim blinked, sitting up too slowly. His backup phone was gone—ripped right off the desk while he had been in the shower minutes ago.

Dick stood there, shaking with rage, backup phone gripped in his hand.

“You knew, Tim. You knew where she was this whole damn time?!”

Tim’s heart dropped. He lunged for the phone. “Give that back!”

But Dick shoved him back, dragging him out of his room by the collar.

"BRUCE!" Dick shouted, voice booming through the halls. "JASON! DAMIAN! Get down here—Tim KNEW! He knew where Y/N is!"

Jason was the first down, yanking out an earbud. “He what?”

Damian’s boots slammed down the stairs, face dark with something unreadable. Bruce emerged from the study, all calm tension and silence.

“Explain,” Bruce said sharply.

But Dick didn’t wait. He shoved Tim in front of them all, shoving the phone into Bruce’s chest. The livestream was paused, frozen on your smiling face in the bakery.

Tim yanked away from Dick’s grip, chest heaving.

“I had to hide it!” he snapped. “Because look at you! You’re all doing it again! Treating Y/N like she’s an object you’re entitled to just because you missed her!”

“We could’ve gone to her—” Jason began.

“Exactly!” Tim yelled. “You would’ve rushed to her! Torn through her life like a wrecking ball and expected her to just be okay with it! That’s what you always do!”

The room fell deadly silent.

Tim’s voice cracked now, raw and real: “Y/N is happy. She’s finally living without trying to earn love that should’ve been given to her. She’s smiling. She has friends. She has a life. And you—we—we’d destroy that if we tried to drag her back.”

Damian's fists were clenched. “I just wanted to say I’m sorry…”

“Sorry? You called her a cockroach,” Tim spat, eyes blazing. “You all laughed when she tried to bake for us. You all left her out and then acted surprised when she vanished.”

Bruce looked like stone, unmoving—but his fingers tightened around the phone.

Tim turned slowly, bitter exhaustion in every word now.

“You want to find her because you feel guilty. I want to find her because I miss her. Because I want to know her again. Not the version we ignored. The real her. But dragging her back here would kill everything she built.”

He looked at the screen. At your smile.

“I’m not ready to do that to her. Not again.”

They all stood there, stunned. Guilty. Silent.

And none of them—not a single one of them—could argue with what he said.

Not because they disagreed.

But because it was true.

Yandere Batfam X Psychotic!Reader

Arkham wasn’t a prison.

Not for you.

It was a tea party, a never-ending carnival of laughter and screams, where the walls whispered, the floors hummed, and the shadows waltzed at your feet. Here, you were the queen, the puppeteer, the ringmaster of madness.

And then, the bats crashed your party.

The Reunion

The door creaked open, its hinges shrieking like the laughter in your head.

Ah. Guests. How delightful.

You sat cross-legged on the floor, surrounded by dolls with missing heads, their button eyes staring at nothing. A tea set was arranged on a cracked mirror in front of you—except the teapot was empty, and the cups were filled with… red.

“Welcome, welcome!” you cheered, throwing your arms up. The chains on your wrists rattled like silver bells. “Come in! Have some tea! It’s freshly brewed—someone screamed it just for me!”

The Batfamily stood frozen, staring.

Bruce’s face was carved from granite, cold and unreadable. Dick’s hopeful expression faltered at the edges, guilt gnawing at him. Jason looked pissed, but there was something behind his eyes—uncertainty, regret. Tim was calculating, analyzing every inch of you, already forming a plan. Damian’s lip curled, his usual sharpness dulled by discomfort.

The girls weren’t much better. Barbara and Stephanie exchanged uneasy glances. Cassandra’s fists were clenched.

None of them spoke.

You gasped, pressing a hand to your chest. “Oh, my dear, sweet family, have the bats lost their tongues?”

Jason was the first to snap. “You’re not seriously planning to stay here.”

You let out a high-pitched giggle, rocking back and forth on your heels. “Oh, but I am, Jaybird!” You lifted a headless doll, tapping its cloth body against your cheek. “You see, out there? I was invisible! A shadow in your cave! A flickering lightbulb in your grand chandelier of perfect little Robins and Batgirls!”

You grinned, teeth flashing.

“But here?” You gestured at the cracked walls. “Here, I have an audience. The walls talk, the rats sing, the nurses scream—it’s divine!”

Dick swallowed, stepping forward carefully. “We… we made a mistake.”

You gasped dramatically, throwing yourself backward. “A mistake? Oh, that’s rich! Tell me, Nighty-night, was it before or after you threw me to the wolves?”

His jaw clenched. “We thought you—”

“Helped Joker?” you finished for him, voice dropping into a whisper.

The room went still.

Your head lolled to the side, your grin widening until it stretched too far, like a puppet whose strings had been yanked.

A beat.

And then, you burst into laughter—high, piercing, manic.

It bounced off the walls, tangled in the corners, filled the air with something too loud, too sharp. You clutched your stomach, doubling over like it was the funniest thing in the world.

“Ohhh, oh, Batsy,” you wheezed between cackles. “You thought I helped the Joker?” You giggled, shaking your head. “No, no, no, Joker helps me!”

Bruce’s fists tightened.

Jason looked at Bruce, voice cold. “She’s gone.”

You gasped, eyes widening. “Gone? Gone where? Did I miss the trip? Oh, shame on you, Jason, you should have invited me!”

Damian narrowed his eyes. “You’ve lost your mind.”

You whipped toward him, crawling forward on your hands and knees in a fluid, inhuman motion. You stopped inches from his feet, your smile stretched and twitching.

“Lost it?” you whispered, blinking up at him. “Oh, no, baby bat…”

You tapped your temple, voice dropping into a sing-song.

“I found it.”

Damian took a step back.

Tim, usually composed, flinched.

Stephanie let out a slow, shaky breath.

Bruce exhaled. “We’re taking you home.”

You stilled.

Your fingers twitched.

Then—

You shrieked, slamming your hands against the floor. “No, no, NO!”

The lights flickered violently. The air in the room seemed to crackle, thick with something wrong.

You laughed and screamed at the same time, your nails scratching against the floor, your shoulders shaking like a marionette with broken strings.

“You can’t take me back!” you wailed. “Not to that cold, empty mansion! Not to the whispers, the backs turned, the dinners where I was a ghost!”

You whipped your head toward Bruce, eyes glowing with madness.

“Where was this ‘father’ of mine when I needed him?” Your tone was mocking, hysterical, broken. “Oh, right! Off playing hero with his golden children, while I rotted in the shadows!”

Bruce’s face was unreadable.

Jason looked away.

Dick swallowed thickly.

You grinned, tilting your head at an unnatural angle. “But now you want me back?” Your voice dropped to a whisper. “Because you feel bad?”

Silence.

Then, softly—too softly—

“I don’t forgive you.”

It landed like a gunshot.

Bruce flinched.

You crawled back, laughing softly, eyes gleaming in the dim light.

“Oh, Bats, you should have let sleeping dolls lie.” You giggled, waving a hand. “I like it here! My tea parties are more fun, my conversations more interesting, and my friends…” You picked up a headless doll, stroking its torn dress. “...more loyal.”

You twirled, collapsing onto the floor in a dramatic spread-eagle pose, humming a warped nursery rhyme under your breath.

“Ring around the rosie, pockets full of…”

Your eyes flicked up to theirs, wide and wild.

“LIES.”

The door creaked behind them.

A guard. “Time’s up.”

Bruce exhaled slowly. “We’re not giving up on you.”

You giggled, rolling onto your stomach, propping your chin on your hands.

“Oh, Bats…”

Your grin stretched, eyes empty and bright.

“That’s the fun part.”

You tapped your temple again, voice lilting.

“You’ll never catch me.”

The doors slammed shut.

The last thing they heard was your laughter, spilling into the halls, twisting into something not quite human.

And for the first time in his life, Bruce Wayne felt fear.

Jake Sully is so silly what do you mean you're not gonna spend more then 10 minutes thinking of a plan to save the kid your children call brother? What do you mean you think hes gonna rat you out so you leave the child you watched grow up to the people you know are gonna butcher him???? What do you mean you're not gonna even slightly take responsability for the boy who you included in your SONGCORD?

seeing people be shocked that norm has children and him not raising spider was not out of inability but rather a choice reminds me that a lot of people i think misunderstood a big part about spider. it’s not just the sullies, every adult in his life has failed him. you can’t only blame the sullies for not understanding him because every other character is just as guilty of it

Part of my beef with the ' what if Sophie was a guy' crowd is how little self awareness they have.

I've been reading one foo many of the 'make Sophie a guy' posts lately and it almost always goes like this

' i know how they could make Sophie into a man, all they need is to rewrite the entire story and rewrite the entire character until using a man makes sense'

And I find that a little ironic because absolutely all their posts recognize that Benedict's original story would have to be unrecognizable in order to change Sophie into a man. Its like they almost get the point, but fly way past it.

Just be honest with yourselves, and admit that you'd be willing to throw Benedict's cannon love interest and his cannon love story into the garbage for the sweet satisfaction of Benedict being gay.

I'm all for advocating for gay representation in media but the way some people go about it and demanding the outright rewrite and removal of one beloved character so that another can be written as gay, that just annoys me.

Personally I HC Benedict as Bisexual, but that's all it is a Headcannon, its part of my fanfiction mindspace until proven otherwise. I'm not out there demanding Sophie be deleted to affirm it. And I just wish some of my fellow fans would be better in that aspect

And for today that's the tea

I just saw this tiktok video of what I believe is an Indian drama. I'm not 100% sure if it was a show or movie. I couldn't find the name on it. But in the video, it was described that a village made its money by selling off daughters to wealthy men for marriage. The female lead was the "ugly" girl (she was not ugly) who managed a side business off this main business by having the potential grooms see her first as their bride and then showing the real girl. Basically, helping with negotiations saying, "Hey, you could've gotten me, but instead, we have this gem here. Don't you think she's worth more?" After getting the higher bride price she takes her cut.

After watching, I said I could see Kate and Penelope making a small business doing this around the ton. Not to say they aren't beautiful, they are, and the girl in the original video was beautiful too. They just don't fit society beauty standards. Actually, side note now that I think about it canonically the only one of the wives who did was Sophie. Sophie was described to fit the ton's beauty standards to a t and would probably have been the incomparable/diamond of her debute season if she was born legitimate.

Anyway, Kate probably started it. For one reason or another, they couldn't wait for Edwina to debute, and Kate wasn't having a successful season, so she thought of a way to earn some money to help her family. It started as an accident, Kate was visiting a friend the same time negotiations were happening for her friend's engagement. Her friend has never met the lord, and two just so happened to walk by the room the negotiations were happening in. The lord saw Kate before her friend and assumed she was to be his bride. He was about to be outraged until her friend turned the corner. Things went much better for the bride to be in the negotiations after that.

Kate's friend apologized for the situation, but the wheels in Kate's head were turning. She didn't care all that much about being compared to her friend. Strangers loved to unpromptly compare her to Edwina when they were together and Kate couldn't really bring herself to care she has other things to worry about. But this new development, might work in her favor.

So Kate started offering her services to get brides to be better deals on marriage negotiations. First looks from arranged marriages she'll be in front and then show the real bride. Sometimes, be part of the negotiations by giving little reminders that hey, she is still in need of a husband, and if they want to pay less, then they can negotiate with her family. Sometimes, she didn't have to do anything besides sit next to the bride to be and just talk with her as a silent reminder. Kate also offered services such as attending balls with her clients and spreading word about bride's accomplishments. Kate would get her cut, which helped her family's financial situation longer, just long enough to get Edwina married.

A few years pass, and Kate is booked, possibly overly so. She has more and more parents there who wish for her to be part of the negotiations. There are so many that there is no possible way she can do them all by herself. Unless she gets a partner.

In 1813, Kate saw a miserable wallflower standing at the edge of one of the balls. That yellow dress did not do the poor girl any favors with her complexion, nor did the shape help with her curvy figure. Her poor red hair reminded Kate of an overdone poodle. She looked to be Edwina's age, and that made Kate's big sister instincts go off.

Introductions were made, and Kate learned the girl's name was Penelope Featherington. Kate learned the girl was rather smart and witty when she relaxed around you. She, like Kate, had a good head on her shoulders and it's a shame others don't see that.

Oh well, their loss is Kate's gain.

"Penelope, how would you feel about helping me with some business?" Kate asked one night at a ball. She had a negotiation to go to tomorrow and it would be an ideal time to take her new friend to get her feet wet.

Penelope looked up at Kate. "What kind of business?"

Kate took Penelope with her to the negotiations, and the deals doubled in favor of the bride.

Kate grinned the first time her friend participated in negotiations, raising deals much more favorably for the bride. By mid-season, Penelope will be ready to go on her own. Which will be good because next season, Edwina debutes. Kate will have to focus on her while Penelope takes on the majority of the negotiation calls. When Edwina is settled then Kate can fully jump back in. Which hopefully shouldn't be too hard, Kate knows Edwina will be popular, so it's just a matter of sorting the good men from the rakes. After that Kate can fully focus on her business.

It will all go according to plan.

Am I the only one who noticed how legit FERAL the RRB are in some of the Multiversus lines? Me and my buddy @sketchoco got so many clips of them with dog noises it’s not funny. Got Butch growling and whining multiple times, one Brick bark, and Boomer barking multiple times lmao.

Coincidence? Probably. But I still find it funny.

I am so glad to see a nuance take on their relationship where neither of them is demonised.

Especially when we uave someone like Jake who sjould kbow what PTSD is like and how to deal with it but I feel like he's just pushing the problem away abd hoping it would fix itself.

Just some reflections on Tiri idk—

It’s tragic how Neytiri doesn’t actually have any way of expressing her trauma or PTSD. The few times she tries to bring up her thoughts and concerns and inner pain, in her own way, Jake either takes offense to it or tries consoling her, when it’s not what she needs. What she needs is to be heard, to process what happened and to be given validity for what she feels. She doesn’t get any of it, so Spider inadvertently becomes her tool for that; an outlet.

Neytiri needs Spider, because he is the only person she can express her trauma through without being dismissed or sounding crazy (in her own mind at least). He becomes a way for her to, more or less safely, express distrust and anger at humans, not for what they are, but for what they’ve done and the destruction they caused, as well as fear that it might happen again, which is a normal reaction to a deeply traumatic event.

What people miss when they feverishly defend Neytiri tho, is that this isn’t a healthy coping mechanism. Spider is a living, breathing individual and a child. He and Neytiri don’t stand on equal ground, and he doesn’t owe being the vessel for her emotions. The things he says in upset, or in that argument scene in high ground, might sound like Spider isn’t getting the bigger picture yet, but how can he, when both he and Neytiri have been blindsided by people who have the education to explain to them the complexity of their emotions and the scars left behind certain experiences?

Tiri is a victim of horrible events, and more so, of emotional neglect, but she also seems to have placed herself and Spider into a relationship where her anger and trauma is projected and managed directly through him. It seems to alleviate some of her anger, temporarily, but doesn’t actually remove it. She just keeps suffering, hence she’s not in the right for this.

Bridgerton hero Au:

Two ideas:

-modern hero AU

-regency era hero AU

The first one is simple, the classic modern heroes with the crown ruling over the heroes. Like you have to be recognised by the queen to be considered a real hero and that way have the advantages that being a hero bring. Being a hero is like being a noble. But it's mainly for people with super powers. It's so elite to be a hero that heroes coming from working class are rare. You have the first have powers, then go to the royal hero academy to study among comfirmed heroes and be recognised as a real hero. It's about chance, money and connections.

The second one is when the first super himans appear. In this AU it's more of a shamefull thing to be a hero. It's brand new and most super heroes are working class or low ranking nobles. Since this is all new the Queen insist in having all the super humans close by to be studied by the royal scientist. This fear of super humans is also because when the first super human appear he caused a lot of damages to the palace. In this AU when a child show signs of having super human abilities their families pushed them to hide it. Except for the Bridgerton, When Edmund Bridgerton was alive he was the only super human that the yound queen liked so his family had always been favored and their children were allowed to show their powers.

And it's all I have for now
