-“all about me!” list all your favorite things! then draw a fun self portrait!
-“games!” write down a bunch of fun games to play while feelin small! maybe doodle some of your favorite things from those games!
-“in my bag!” draw your favorite backpack/bag, then doodle all the things you’d put in it!
-“baby wishlist!” make a checklist of all the gear you want! then when you’re able to get it, you can check it off!
-“likes/dislikes!” draw a line in the middle of the page and label one side “likes”, and the other “dislikes”! draw or write in things you like and dislike!
-“treasure map!” youre pretending to be a pirate for this one!! >:D draw out the route you plan to take for your next adventure! will you be going through a jungle? over a rainbow? it’s up to you!! :D
-“small playlist!” make a list of all your favorite tiny time songs!
-“about ____!” pick something fun to learn about! write down a few facts about it and draw a lil picture! (animals n bugs are the best to learn about imo!!) and you could do this prompt more than once with different things!! ^^
-“design a paci!” draw a plain paci, and use stickers, crayons, glitter, or any other fun material to decorate it how you want!!
-“story time!” write your very own short story! or draw your very own comic! make up fun characters n draw them if you like!
-“yummies!” write down recipes for your favorite snacks or drinks! maybe doodle or glue in a picture as well!
-“A is for...” on lined paper, write a letter of the alphabet on each line! then write something you like that starts with that letter next to it!
-“the great outdoors!” collect some leaves, grass, and/or flowers from outside! put them underneath your paper and color over them lightly with a colored pencil or crayon n see the print it makes! :D
-“my morning routine!” write down your morning routine!
-“reasons to smile!” list as many reasons to smile as you can!! and look back on that page when you’re feelin down! <3
-“baby hands!” get some non-toxic washable paint! (crayola is good for this!) and use a paintbrush to paint your hand or finger tips with paint! press them onto the paper n add silly faces or make them look like bugs!

Brush our Teeth?🪥🫧
Brushing our teeth is important for littles and caregivers alike, and sometimes we forget that it's an important and necessary task to do to keep us healthy!
If you haven't today, or even recently, that's okay! Sometimes, we can't even remember the last time we brush our teeth, but what we can do is change what we do next time.
Brush, especially if you have recently had or frequently ingest:
🫧 Milk
🫧 Candy
🫧 Coffee
🫧 Alcohol
🫧 Vape/smoke/use 🍃 or other oral substances
Please also remember to brush, especially if you:
🫧 Are sick/getting sick
Or
🫧 Have 🤮 recently
because brushing your teeth helps get the icky germs out of your mouth that want to hurt you! Your mouth isn't their home, so give em the boot! 🥾
And caregivers, I'm looking to you specifically as well. I know how much it can be to look after littles or even just ourselves, and we often forget that brushing our teeth is important to do. It definitely sucks and there's usually so many better things to do (like catch up on some sleep after working so hard 😴💙) but you are equally important and valuable as anyone else and you deserve to have comfort and good health and that starts by remembering to take care of your mouth 🥰🪥
Let's all take good care of ourselves together because it's HARD, but at the end of the day, we only have one body in this life, and we deserve to feel nice by treating it well 💕

a friendly reminder that not all regression is happy sunshine and rainbows ! i wish they were.
regressors are basically children, and just like children, regressors can cry and have a tantrum if things don't go their way. we're not all bratty because it's fun (and it is fun to be bratty sometimes 🤭), sometimes we're bratty because something is really bothering us. please don't just mark it off as brattiness and punish us, look into it ! something could be hurting your little.
Regressing at night is so nice. I like it because I can be alone to curl up in bed with my stuffies and a paci and fall asleep
I love regressing at night because not only is it calmer and more relaxed for I also don’t feel as scared to fully regress. I’m hidden by the darkness like a blanket. I can do whatever I wanted. It also make me more sleepy which I like
I think my regression caught up wif me hehe. I'm finally regressed a little bit. It feels so nice and I missed it 🥺🥰 Yayay I'm so excited haha I've never been so happy to regress before!!
