An old FIA rule says that unmated omegas aren't allowed to race in any category of motorsport. Because of that, Charles Leclerc has been hiding as a beta since he first presented as an omega-until a breakthrough heat destroys how hard he's worked and reveals his designation. Ferrari, facing a major loss in sponsorship money, offer him a choice: leave Ferrari and motorsport forever, or agree to an invite only auction for the rights to mate him, with proceeds filling the hole in the budget. Charles comes up with a plan to save himself, get an alpha he trusts, get Ferrari's money back, and keep his seat. Unfortunately, Max Verstappen comes up with a plan, too.
I started reading The secret history by Donna Tart.

Okay.
So, I'm working on this project for the Nikon Film Festival. And I'm meeting one of the potential actors in like 30 minutes. I'm so stressed and anxious because it's kinda of the first time -well it is the first time- that I'm directing a short. But at the same time I'm thrilled that this is happening and so glad that I'm able to lead this project and do something creative. It's a bit fucked up.
Like, the mixture of feelings in me right now, is driving me crazy. One second I'm scared and think it's a terrible idea, because I'm being vulnerable making this short. But then I'm on top of the world because I do something I love.
Hello there !!
Finding a book to match the song you love at the moment is no easy task.
I based most on the lyrics that kind of made me think of a relationship in a book I read recently.
The truth about the Harry Quebert affair written by Joël Dicker. It is the story of a young and successful writer who goes through a writing slump (let’s say it that way). He visits his mentor, Harry Quebert, in the New Hampshire and discovers that he had an affair with a younger girl decades ago. Not long after this discovery the body of the girl is found on the property of Quebert. The main character decides to put everything aside and investigate on what truly happened.
It is a book I loved, it keeps you hooked from beginning to start. The writing is smooth and everything’s flowing perfectly.
Beware you might read it in a sitting despite the length of the book (trust me you don’t get bored reading it and don’t feel the length).
What I liked the most was that it is a pure human centered work. We are meeting people in this book, they are so nicely written that it is easy to imagine them in your room. Just like if you were watching a play.
I hope you will have the opportunity to read this book and can’t wait to hear what you thought of it.
My current favorite song is no definable. It’s hard to chose when there are so many options.
But I think I will chose Duduk of the north by Lisa Gerrard, Hans Zimmer and the Lyndhurst Orchestra.
So I came up with a game.
Reblog this post and name a current favourite song. Your followers (or whoever else sees the post) go listen to the song and recommend a book based on the song. And importantly! Recommend a book to the person you reblog this from based on their song!
Oh and feel free to of course make a new post if this gets long, and if you so wish, tag some people to get recommendations.
Anyway, let me start. My song is Burn Your Village by Kiki Rockwell.
