Taylor woke up gasping, that's pretty normal for them though; Ben also did this at the same time. They had just woken up from the Phantom dimension. Hers didn't stop though, she did have a pretty bad encounter that night though. Ben noticed this and went over to her, it was only them since they had math together and were doing math homework at Ben’s, or Aiden’s, house. They had both passed out at twelve and woke up at seven.

Ben was holding her and trying to comfort her, he was also kind of freaking out because he didn't know how to do this that well. She leaned into him and he let her, moving back her hair so it wouldn't be in the way. She was crying and he just held her through it. They stayed like that for a good amount of time. 

When she was just sniffing, and wiping the last of her tears, he pushed her away, with his hands still on the top side of her arms as he looked at her, questioning her silently. “Im okay,” she said, going off clues of what he was asking her. 

He let go and put his arms down along with slouching more to be at her height. They looked at each other and there was a promise between that. Maybe neither of them knew at the time, maybe they never will. But it was there, that look of, “I won't let anything happen to you, I swear.” It wasn't just with them, it was the whole group. At some point they all had this moment with each other.

Very Specific Middle Regression Things

These are all pretty particular to me and what I could think of, so feel free to add on your own experiences!

Scrambling up the stairs on all fours like an animal

Seeing what will happen if you balance the light switch between on and off

Making up extremely elaborate stories in your head as you take a shower/bath

Trying out ridiculous makeup riiiight before you wash your face for the night so that way no-one but you sees it

Picking out random things from the refrigerator and seeing what will happen if you cook them together

Recreating your favorite characters on the Rinmarugames Mega Anime Avatar maker (this game is still playable it’s on dolldivine!)

Gathering different soaps and lotions from the bathroom and mixing them together just to see what it will smell like

Inventing personas, getting dressed up to fit the role, and then taking and editing unnecessarily dramatic pictures/videos of yourself

Listening to music and imagining your favorite characters or OCs singing along or starring in an elaborate music video

Coloring in your nails with sharpies or other markers, or drawing “tattoos” on your arms with them

Pretending that you have some kind of rare magical ability and then acting like you have to hide it, vaguely alluding to your “powers” etc

Making up code words for various real or imaginary things in your life and referring to them as such

Let me know if you do any of these things/ have done them as a preteen

Okay so maybe I did start a new writing while still having multiple WIP and a two-part thing for tomorrow (Hint: Who's birthday is it in Mha tomorrow?) and not having the second one done because I can't get into it. BUT it is angsty annnddd with one of my favorite characters with one of my favorite trios >:) (Hint: what is one of the angsty trios in Mha?)

I don't know why, but I have never thought of other universes or AU's with HTTYD. It has never came to my mind that I was even able to think of the franchise in any other way than what was portrayed in the show and movies.

This is me we're talking about. I'm crazy. I just make things up in my head and go with it. Most of the time I change things so far from cannon that I know it's insane. And yet, I thought this show had to stay as it was ??? Until I saw someone else show that it didn't have to be ???

Anyway, thank you for opening my eyes :)

COMPUTER CLASSSS !!!!!!

Okay, so what if, the reason Snipe, Power Loader, and Ectoplasm all have masks is because:

Ectoplasm has face dysmorphia, so he has always worn a mask when working. With the mask fitting his whole vibe of his costume that I presume is based off his quirk, also could maybe be confusing to have multiple of the same looking thing.

Power Loader kind of needs to have eye covering, whether that's for digging around or just from his work. also not liking to show his face, since he always has the hair covering his eyes anyway, the mask is just an extra layer of protection.

Snipe has always wanted a mask but didn't really have a need for one, but when he meant the other two one of the pointed out that he could have one so that people couldn't see where he was aiming as easily from looking at his eyes. He got one, and then they all had masks together.

(aka Snipe only getting a mask bc of Power Loader and Ectoplasm saying he should just get one and they can all match and since Snipe loves them and is supportive, he did (it also helps))

Monoma would be the best worst teacher at UA

because he can copy their quirks and use them to learn about what they need and everything, but he would yell at them with insults to push them.

"I can use your quirk better then you!!! You've had it for 12 years, and I had it for 10 minutes!!!!"

he can help them like no one else could, from just using their quirks to understand, but he's so cocky and prideful
