You know what would be funny? If Gwaine 'I'm a noble who thinks knights are silly' and Lancelot 'My only dream is to be a knight' were at Camelot at the same time.

Why it would be funny is because you know Merlin would be like 'I have a great solution'

And either convinces Gwaine to 'trade' places I.E. give Lancelot his seal of nobility or convince them to pretend to be brothers.

Which lead to shennanagains where Gwaine has to teach Lancelot how to act like a noble and Lancelot having to act like none of this is new and confusing to him

Also gaslighting Arthur, 'what do you mean that's not the way, I've done it this way my entire life' and it's not a lie it's just a commoner's way.

Gwaine is having the time of his life doing chores with Merlin and flirting with Morgana and generally making a nuisance of himself.

They also both know of his magic so there are those shennanagains going on, Gwaine swearing Merlin was in the tavern with him all night and Lancelot too, of course, he was there, someone had to carry Merlin home because Lancelot and Merlin are both missing, off fighting whatever evil is trying to kill Arthur/Uther this hour of the day.

Just imagine how funny it would be.

Ive seen arguments about this line like “oh but we don’t know if her husband actually cheated or not soooo yeah”

and that’s true we have no idea because it’s not confirmed, however, I genuinely believe he did cheat. And I think this because the gay couple is super paralleled with Stolas and blizt

I don’t think the couple exist as fleshed out characters, I think they exist as a writing device to mirror stolas’ situation, otherwise what’s the point of them? (Especially because the family is animated exactly like blizts fantasy too)

another thing is blizt doesnt even ask her “how do you know if your husband cheated or not?” He immediately just defends cheating and doesn’t try to figure out the situation, because this scene isn’t fleshed out characters talking to each other and learning about each other, it’s just a weird character insight on blizt

just mentioning this because if this is correct then this lady has every right to be mad at her husband and the show sucks for just portraying her as a b**ch (im open to believe that im wrong though, I just think it’s weird to write a parallel situation but for the situations to end up being completely different to each other)

To my knowledge, abel died as a young adult/adult due to being murdered by his older brother, cain

But in my opinion, it is true he looks more like a kid than a young adult/adult, so abel may have died younger(?)

But I have no clue since hazbin has shown to be going in a different direction and changing a lot of things

Like adam is said to be the first soul in heaven. So, in the hazbin version, it implied abel was the second to die and went to heaven after his dad

But that just my guess since hazbin lore and timeline they are trying to lay out is just so confusing

I also hope abel is adam's kid, and the show doesn't try to pull off. "lucifer is actually abel dad, and adam isn't!"

I just saw abel design in the new Christmas pic, and I have to say, I did not expect him to be blonde

Now, my friend and I talk about abel design when the leaks came out. And we were not the biggest fans on him looking like a copy and paste of adam.

So, him being blonde is not the bad thing. It is just the fact it feels like we have a lot of blonde characters already. Why not give other colors a try.

I did black, brown, and ginger-brown hair colors to see how which one looked on him

And out of the entire bunch, I have to say ginger-brown is my favorite! It matches the overall vibe of his character, and it goes great with his color palette.

Can’t stop thinking about a very specific dynamic

A healer and a knight fall in love.

The healer spends hours healing everyone but themselves. Caring for the sick, stitching wounds, setting bones, pushing dislocated limbs back into place. Wearing themselves to exhaustion.

The knight gently tends to the healer. Holds them in a hot bath, rubbing the soreness from their muscles under the warm water. Applies balm to their chapped fingers. Brings them tea and tucks them into bed before climbing in beside them.

The knight defends everyone. Fights off the enemy with a sword and a shield, takes the blows intended for someone else, holds the line until help arrives, fights through any and all injuries they need to in order to defend those under their protection.

The healer defends the knight when they’re down for the count. When the knight collapses, the healer takes up their sword and defends them until they get back to their feet. If someone dares to say anything against their knight they get in their faces and the healers words are sharp and cold as any blade, cutting deep into their opponent.

it started on a hunting trip, gwaine was teasing mordred and took his stuff and hid it. merlin told him very sternly to give it back and mordred said "thanks dad"

from then on they all started calling merlin dad

with leon it came slower and from lancelot. lance was struggling with his relationship with gwen and he confided in leon

leon helped him work through it and when lance left he clapped leon on the shoulder and said "thanks pops"

of course the others all found out about it and started calling him pops

neither of them fits into "mom" or "dad" categories but they each have a role

the kids go to leon when they need solid advice, when they feel like they cant handle something alone and they need a real answer to a problem

they go to merlin when theyre hurt (physically or mentally) and he helps heal them. they also go to him when they need someone to vent to and not get a real answer from, merlin is more than happy to bitch with someone and he'll hold your grudges for you

when on hunting trips, leon makes sure they have food and merlin prepares it and makes sure everyone gets their share

theyre equally protective of the kids and they'll work together to move heaven and earth for them

when they dont want to deal with the knights they try and pawn them off on each other. they ask merlin for advice and he says "oof that sounds like one for pops"

gwaine gets mad at arthur and goes to leon, who tries to give him advice, gwaine gets even more upset and leon calls for merlin because he cant handle the big shows of emotion

the kids all fight to be the favorite. arthur tells the others he has to be the favorite because he's king, leon grounds him for holding his station above the others heads

merlin's favorite changes based on how much trouble they've cause him

leon's changes based on how well they did in training

raising the knights eventually gets merleon together.

But what if Merleon

I really wished Leon and Merlin interacted more

This isn’t even really just because i ship Merleon, they just would’ve made a really good duo.

The few interactions we have with them show that they do get along very well.

We see leon seen ruffling Merlin’s hair and even joke around with him. He fully trusts Merlin and doesn’t think of him to do anything wrong.

I feel like the cup of life or maybe even Kilharrahs attack would’ve been good points for them to get closer, it would’ve given them something to connect on (mainly on Merlin’s end, unless he were to reveal his magic and all that) or at least something to talk about.

Their relationship has changed from when they first met to there last few interactions.

After the “Lamia” episode we should’ve seen some type of acknowledgement of what Leon and the others did because Leon did physically hurt Merlin, even if it was under a spell.

Leon shoving Merlin around did seem like a parallel to when he did it in “the sins of the father” but the difference was that back then he did it on his own accord.

Leon has obviously changed since then, and Merlin knows that, so it hurt him more to see him revert back to that.

I think it would be insanely funny if after Arthur’s death everyone returns back in time to the place they were the day Merlin arrived in Camelot. But like, everyone thinks they are the only ones who has returned. We see it all from Merlin’s pov, who’s traumatised and wondering why the fuck Arthur is so much sweeter to him this time around and keeps saying ‘thank you’. He wonders why Lancelot shows up earlier, why all of a sudden Gwaine is there three years too early, saying he got hurt in a tavern bawl and needs a physician. He wonders why Leon keeps pretending like he didn’t just accidentally see Merlin do magic. Why Gwen keeps giving him these knowing looks. And why Morgana doesn’t seem as afraid as she used to when she was figuring out that she had magic. Everyone is trying their best to change history for the better, thinking they are alone with this duty... and then one day when uther is dead and they are sitting around the round table, merlin steps forward and is like: ‘I need to confess that I have magic, but also that I have returned from the future.’ And everyone just whips around and is like ‘YOU TOO??!’ And then they realise that they’ve all returned and wasted their time thinking they were alone.

Passed down like folk songs, our love last so long.

Because it’s still Arthur and Merlin, after all these years. Together. Intertwined in countless tales interwoven with the history of these lands. Arthur and Merlin still fall together from people’s lips as they teach the next generation of the once and future great king and his sorcerer. Their names are still written in ink alongside the other on the page of yet another Arthuriana. Inextricable and integral. Together.
