Hello,
I am looking for participants to take part in a linguistic survey on hobbies and leisure activities, which I am conducting with Dr. David Heap. The survey should last approximately 15-20 minutes.
All participants can choose to be entered into a draw to win a commissioned art piece of a character or person of their choice (see samples at https://twitter.com/SvetlaCreates)
In the survey, you will be asked to describe what is happening in comics which will be shown to you. To participate, you must be 13 years of age or older, understand, speak, read, and write English, and have normal or corrected-to-normal vision. You can participate in the study online, taking a written version, or in-person (if you are in the Toronto or London, Ontario area), in a recorded interview.
If you would like to participate in the online version of the survey, please click on the link below to access the letter of information and survey.

If you would like to participate in the in-person interview version of the survey or receive a letter of information about this study, please contact the researcher at the contact information given below or message me privately.
Co-Investigator Svetla Nikolova (Western University) linglab@uwo.ca
If you are interested in the survey and know others who may want to participate, you may reblog this post or pass on this information. Please do not discuss the contents of the survey in the comments on this post.
Thank you, Svetla Nikolova
Why did Yen change her appearance?
What do you mean, Anon? Her reasons for undergoing the transformation in the show? Or, how it went in the book? Or something related to my drawing of Yen?
I did the art vs artist meme, except I kind of cheated, because top middle, the art IS the artist
