Tea With Your Spirit Guide

To open your life to your spirit guide and invite them inside to spend time with them and connect with a late night cup of tea.

What you need

A space for both of you to drink in.

2 white candles 

A Bell

2 cups of tea (any kind)

Pen and notebook

(optional) A white/grey cloth

(optional) Stones symbolic of divination, clarity, meditation, or friendship 

(optional) Feathers symbolic of spirits (can be real or fake)

Method

Pick the space you want to use. The day of the session you should let in some fresh air, clean and cleanse the space of any excess energies.

At night. Place the cloth down on the table and decorate the table with the feathers and stones.

Light your 2 candles, 1 on the table between where you and your spirit guide will sit, and the other infront of the window. Make your cups of tea and set them on the table.

Take the bell to the window and ring it and say: 

“spirit guide, I invite you tonight to join me for a drink”

Ring the bell again and make your way to the table.

Get comfortable, grab your drink and close your eyes while you sip it. Allow any thoughts and images to cross your mind (even the weird ones).

When you finish your drink set down the cup and open your eyes.

To end the session say thank you and blow out the candle.

Before you go to bed, write down what you saw, and how you felt during the session and read it back in the morning.
